Steel Magnolias Cast

Peggy is thrilled to be performing in her second Looking Glass production, having played Judith Bliss in “Hay Fever” last year. Prior to that it had been 40 years since Peggy’s feet last hit the stage! As a university theater student in Missouri, some of her favorite roles were Medea, Lysistrata, and Amanda in Noel Coward’s Private Lives. After an amazing career as a high school teacher and speech and debate coach, Peggy relocated to Lafayette and is having an absolute blast getting involved in the rich and lively theatre scene here. Huge thanks to Theresa for the opportunity to play one of her favorite characters, and to her fellow cast members and all of the crew for working so hard to bring Steel Magnolias to life.
