Sponsorship Information
The Haverhill Performing Arts Workshop is a newly-formed non-profit as of 2025, originally created as a Summer Recreational Workshop for Haverhill’s 375th Anniversary by Bobby Gariepy, Stephanie McCain, & Andre Ouellette and is now a grant-funded non-profit theatre company.
The Mission Statement of The Haverhill Performing Arts Workshop is to provide equitable, equitable access to theatrical and performing arts opportunities for the children, youth, and young adults of the Haverhill and the Merrimack Valley Region.

Here is some more information about becoming a sponsor and purchasing ad-space in our upcoming production:
Sponsorship Tiers:
To facilitate community support, we are introducing three sponsorship tiers:
Tier 1: Sponsor a Student - $250
This contribution can enable us to provide essential scholarships. With $250, a student can: 1. enroll in our 4-week summer intensive program, 2. enroll in a school-year production and two separate workshops, or 3. pay for one student and most of their sibling’s school-year enrollment if they sign up together.
Tier 2: Equipment Sponsor - $500
At this level, sponsorship will greatly enhance the quality of essential production equipment, including (but not limited to) stage lighting, both lapel and headset microphones and their receivers, new props, new costumes, and more.
Tier 3: Show Sponsor - $1,000+
This tier contributes to the funding of our overall productions, covering the costs of things like rights, venues, rehearsal spaces, and much more. At this level, the possibilities and opportunities become both varied and plentiful. In recognition of your support, we will acknowledge all sponsors in our playbill by tier level. For Tier 2 and Tier 3 sponsors, additional advertising space in the playbill will be available, along with promotion through flyers and social media.

4. Community Engagement: Partner with us in arts education through collaborative events, workshops, or auditions, connecting your business with the youth and families of Haverhill.
