About The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee (Upper School Musical)

The Harker Conservatory presents the Tony Award-winning musical "The 25th Annual Putnam Spelling Bee" in four performances, March 25-27. "An eclectic group of teens vie for the spelling championship while candidly disclosing hilarious and touching stories from their home lives, spelling their way through a series of (potentially made-up) words, hoping never to hear the soul-crushing, pout-inducing, life un-affirming "ding" of the bell that signals a spelling mistake. Six spellers enter; one speller leaves a champion! At least the losers get a juice box." (mtishows.com) Tickets on sale four weeks before the event.
