Adapted from the original televised movie, Twelve Angry Jurors is an American courtroom drama which explores the deliberations of a jury in a homicide trial, as they decide the fate of a teenager accused of murdering his abusive father. In the beginning, they are nearly unanimous in deciding a guilty verdict, as influenced by their own background and upbringing. However, one juror votes for a not guilty verdict, thus creating a justification for reasonable doubt. Eventually, the juror convinces the other jurors to look beyond their own personal prejudice to support a unanimous not guilty verdict.

The Core Theatre is a 501c3 non-profit organization. We present quality, original stories that not only entertain but inspire. We want to impact our community through these productions, using extraordinary talent to compel our audiences to feel and do good. Our goal is to transform talent by providing a place to share experiences and ideas. We offer classes and opportunities in both stage and film to help actors to grow and be discovered. The theatre space is also open to those looking for a place to produce their work and hold classes for all ages.
