The Addams Family – A New Musical Cast

JB is thrilled to be a part of yet another Carmel Apprentice Theatre production. Having started as an apprentice here at The Cat five years ago, he is proud and honored to be able to now give back to this new class of apprentices. JB is a character actor who has appeared in several productions at various theatres across central Indiana. A few of his favorites include El Gallo in CCP’s production of The Fantasticks; Lt. Kendrick in Civic’s production of A Few Good Men; and Stanley in CCP’s production of A Streetcar Named Desire. JB would like to thank everyone who has contributed to this production for their time and commitment and his family and friends for their tremendous support and encouragement. Enjoy the show!

Audrey Larkin is a graduate from Baldwin Wallace University’s Theater Program in Cleveland, Ohio where she specialized in dramaturgy and writing. She’s so excited to be playing Morticia in The Addams Family at The Cat. When she’s not at The Cat or at rehearsal you can usually find her scribbling in a notebook, behind her laptop, reading a book, or at The Ballet Studio of Carmel. She would also like to thank everyone who has helped her along the way, her family and friends for always supporting her, as well as Will Wood and Jack Winget for being the best mentors she could ask for. She’d also like to send a big shout out to the cast, who have been absolutely wonderful to work with; we couldn’t have asked for a better group! Enjoy the show!

Jayda Glynn, is a senior at Carmel High School. She is so excited to be Wednesday in the The Addams Family Musical. Jayda was a bride ancestor in the CAT's first performance of this musical and was so excited when she heard that the CAT was going to perform it again. Jayda was most recently in SHIPWRECKED! and A Medley of Murders - Murder at the Art Show as Sloane Akers with Carmel Community Players, Legend of Sleepy Hollow as Greta at Buck Creek Players and Play On! as Smitty also at the CAT.. Jayda would like to think the director for giving her this opportunity as well as Audrey and Willie for encouraging and supporting her. She would also like to thank her parents for always being there for her.

Elaine is a recent graduate of Ball State University, studying film production, graphic design, and screenwriting. While she has been interested in theater, she has little experience (aside from the one time she was in “The Little Mermaid” as Poncho Fish #4) and she is so excited to be playing Pugsley in “The Addams Family.” She is a pastel-loving dog person with a passion for film and performing. She also sings for VOCE, a vocal performance group here in Indy. She would like to thank the staff, cast, and crew at the Cat for the chance to have such an amazing experience!

Jake is excited to be part of another production at the CAT He is used to being behind the scenes with tech, music directing or puppeteering. But he decided to try and get on stage as Uncle Fester. He wants to give a big thanks to the cast and crew for letting him join in this experience.

Jeff is excited and thrilled to be back at the CAT joining this talented group of actors. He looks forward bringing Grandma to life for your enjoyment. He wants to thank the cast and staff of the CAT, his family , and special thanks to Iaan and Conni Jo, they know why. He hopes you enjoy all the fun from this kooky family. Evan is a classically trained pianist, violinist, and singer with a love for musical theatre. He previously was a piano accompanist for The Cat's first show, You Never Know, and is excited to star in his first performance at The Cat in The Addams Family. Evan works as a data engineer for a data analytics consulting firm called Nousot, and he lives with his wife Meghan and dog Bailey in downtown Indianapolis. He would like to thank his fellow cast members, directors, and everyone involved with The Addams Family for putting their heart and soul into the show, as well as friends and family for their continued support.

Tim is very excited to be playing Lucas beineke in the Adams family at the cat and is very excited to put on this show for everyone. Tim has been in 2 other shows in his lifetime his 5th grade play where he was an ensemble in Pinocchio and Your A Good Man Charlie Brown at The Cat. He thanks you for coming out and hopes you enjoy the show.

Chelsie Christian is glad you are no longer WAITING to see our The Addams Family! She says "oui" to playing Alice Beineke. Christian has performed in the more recent years of the Indianapolis community as Clopin Trouillefou in The Hunchback of Notre Dame, Ariel in The Little Mermaid, and Belle and Cruella de Vil in Descendants. Christian dedicates her best efforts in this passion for musical theatre and hopes to continue on the journey of performing. Professionally, she is a Senior Interaction Designer at SEP in Westfield, a toddler Bible school teacher at church, and a dedicated member of Pure Barre. She wishes to extend gratitude for support from God, her husband, family, and many friends in and out of the local theatre community who keep her motivated. She also wants to thank YOU for coming to this production and supporting local arts.

Greg is pleased to be once again pursuing art in performance in this revered musical at the CAT after a long hiatus while running his company and raising a family. Recent credits including stage and film adaptations of Just the Truth follow the improv, sketch comedy, music and variety show performances of his youth.

Diana Marie Pratt has joined the staff at The Cat, and looks forward to helping provide a clean, sterile and beautiful environment when you attend the outstanding productions here. Diana was born in 1962, here in Carmel, as the youngest of five children to Rosemary and Ray Pratt. She was diagnosed with encephalitis, a viral disease carried by a mosquito bite, when she was two years old. The disease caused enough damage that she had to relearn how to walk, talk, and even hold her bottle, but she still graduated from CHS with a high school standard diploma! Diana has been dedicated and successful in a variety of jobs over the years. She especially enjoyed her work at Deborah Wood and Associates and the only thing that could ever top that is working here at The Cat! Diana was in the very first Carmel Apprentice Theatre production in 2017, You’re A Good Man Charlie Brown, as Woodstock. She was also in The Addams Family & Annie! She will celebrate her 60th birthday this fall, but you wouldn't guess it by looking at her cheerful demeanor; proof that living a life of grace, service, and goodness will show on one's face. We all welcome this young-at-heart lady to The Cat.

Sarah lives on the Southside of Indianapolis and is very excited and happy to be in the cast of "The Addams Family". This is one of her favorite musicals to watch, and has attended over 100 performances at more than 50 productions of it over the past seven years across the Midwest. Sarah has a collection of Addams Family DVDs from every TV and movies series - the original show from the '60s and the "New Addams Family" series from the 1990s, the cartoon series from the 1970s and 1990s, and all five movies - plus toys, comic books, posters and more. Sarah has been in two theater productions in the past with the Biz Academy's My Time To Shine program: The Wizard of Oz and Shrek the Musical, Jr.. Sarah loves attending theater productions across Indiana and around the Midwest with her Dad, seeing hundreds of performances every year. You may have seen her in the audience dancing in her seat to the music of a production here at The Cat, or Beef & Boards, Footlite, Tarkington Civic, Muncie Civic, Fort Wayne Civic, Summit City, Cardinal Stage, schools everywhere, CGFAA and YIT, plus at MTV Arts in Mount Vernon Ohio. Sarah thanks Willie, Audrey, Elaine, the crew and cast of this production for allowing her to be an Addams Ancestor. It means more than she can express. Sarah thanks all her many, many friends who always wave to her from the stage after a performance, or stay after the show to talk with Sarah, and let her give them a big hug and a big smile. Plus all the parents of performers who embrace Sarah for who she is. Sarah loves each of you more than she will be able to say. Sarah knows you will enjoy this production. Thank you for being here.

Mark is thrilled and honored to be in this production with his daughter Sarah, and let her light shine as part of this wonderful company. Mark is always happiest when the spotlight is focused for even a moment on Sarah. Mark thanks everyone for the chance to be in this show, especially to Willie, Audrey, Elaine and the cast. Thanks also to everyone at every theater who has ever taken the time to visit with Sarah. Each of you are part of her extended family. Tonight, we are happy to share this story about families. My name is Ashley and I’m a senior in high school. I have been in theater since I was about 8 years old and I’ve loved it ever since! The shows I have been in are, Cinderella, Charlie and The Chocolate Factory, Descendants, The Little Mermaid and now The Addams Family! I’m super excited to be apart of this and can’t wait to put on this show! I’d like to thank my mom for always being my biggest supporter, and my family! I also want to thank my best friend Evie for always being there! Enjoy the show!

Vivian Schnelker (Ancestor) is thrilled to be in her first production at The Cat Theater. She has never performed before on stage. Vivian is in 4th grade at Mohawk Trails Elementary. She plays volleyball, does dance and loves to play with her three dogs. She would like to thank her mom, dad and sister for supporting her. She would also like to thank Mr. Wood and all of the casting production!

Erin is thrilled to be on stage again! She spent a lot of time on stage dancing through her early childhood and began participating in musicals in 6th grade. She was inducted into the International Thespian Society after performing in most of the plays and musicals put on by Speedway High School during her 4 years there. Since 2009, Erin has been working throughout Indiana in various pharmacy settings (hospital and community) as a technician, intern, and now Pharmacist. She worked hard to pay off the last of her student loans during the pandemic and stepped down to part-time at the end of last year. Erin now has free time to revisit interests that have taken a back seat for over a decade, making this a truly reinvigorating experience for her. She would like to thank everyone at the CAT (the staff, cast, and crew), but especially Jake for thinking of her for this role. She would also like to thank her friends and family for their never-ending love and support.
