Featuring Q&A with alum Ted Passon and other members of the Philly D.A. Team

It’s like The Wire, only real.
The Cinema Series Continues with alums Ted Passon (director), Dita Gruze (Editor), John Tarquino (Assistant Editor) for an overview and discussion of their multi-award-winning documentary series that focuses on the bold, uncompromising first term of Philly’s District Attorney, (former Civil Rights Attorney) Larry Krasner.

For the project, Passon gained unprecedented access into Krasner’s office and behind the scenes of the criminal justice system. His series explores the most pressing social issues of our time—police brutality, the opioid crisis, gun violence, and mass incarceration—through the lens of an idealistic team attempting fundamental overhaul from within the system.

Passon and members of his team will screen an overview of the epic 8-part series and be available for Q&A afterward. Don’t miss this chance to connect with these incredible documentary filmmakers.
