The Film and Media Arts MFA program produces some of the leading voices in narrative, documentary, transmedia, and experimental film.  Among our graduate students are winners of the prestigious Princess Grace Award, Sundance fellows, and individuals named to Filmmaker magazine’s 25 New Faces of Independent Film lists.

This screening presents the completed thesis projects created by these students. Expect to experience thought-provoking films by talented emerging filmmakers.

Temple’s Department of Film and Media Arts (FMA) Diamond Screen Series creates robust opportunities for student filmmakers, screenwriters and media artists to present their work on the big screen. The department also engages highly sought-after scholars and practitioners for public lectures.
