Lisa, co-founder and co-owner of TBPAA, brings years of experience to Musical Production and Creation. She has directed over 40 musical productions and choreographed over 300 dances. She won the coveted Freddie G Fellowship for Outstanding Directing at the International Junior Theater Festival. She is also an accomplished performer, recording artists and songwriter. She was featured on Maybelline’s National Website and her music is available worldwide on iTunes, Spotify, and Amazon. She is a BMI songwriter and publisher and has been a member of NARAS (GRAMMY’s) for over 20 yrs. She is currently a voting member of NARAS and spends hours each year voting on GRAMMY nomination music for the national GRAMMY awards. Lisa was elected to the Pinellas County School Board in 2018, and served as Chair for the 2022-2023 School Year. She is an advid advocate for the arts, and works tirelessly to bring the arts to people of all ages.

Grace Cane Gracie has been directing and co-directing at TBPAA for the past 3 years. She was Assistant Director of Frozen KIDS in 2021, co-director of Junie B Jones JR in 2022, and Director for Matilda JR in 2023. In addition to directing musicals, Gracie has been the lead choreographer for the Encore Junior Team for the past 3 years. Gracie started performing with TBPAA in 2012 and has over 30 show credits on her resume. She is a 6 yr member of the Musical Theater Competition Team and 7 yr member of Encore. She is an award winning ice skater and has taken gymnastics. She was a member of the TBPAA Comp Team’s Technical Team who won 1st place at the International Junior Theater Festival’s Tech Olympics. She has performed at the Straz Center’s Holiday Inc The Show and at a Dillard’s Fashion Show.

Kevin is a Florida state certified music teacher with a Bachelor and Masters Degrees in Vocal Performance. He has worked for seventeen years in the field of education as a private and public music educator. Kevin has taught Choir, Voice, Orchestra, and Keyboard at Pinellas High Schools and was a Vocal Instructor and Stage Director at the University of Illinois. He has served as Assistant Music Director/Pianist at Ruth Eckerd Hall and has also been a Pit Musician at the Marcia P Hoffman School of the Arts. He currently teachers at Pinellas County Center for the Performing Arts. Kevin has been working with TBPAA for 3 years as a Musical Director and Vocal Coach.
