is thrilled to be a part of Tantrum Theater's season. Tyler holds a Bachelor of Arts from Alabama State University’s Theater Arts Department and a master’s from the University of Louisville. Based in Louisville and Southern Indiana, Tyler’s work spans roles as an adjunct professor of theatre, writer, actor, choreographer, and director. Regional credits include Into the Woods, Rent (Arts Louisville Best Actor 2022), Kinky Boots, The Color Purple, and Chicago with Redline Performing Arts, as well as Hamlet, The Merry Wives of Windsor, Richard III, Henry V, and A Midsummer Night’s Dream with Kentucky Shakespeare. Tyler has directed Crowns at Redline Performing Arts and Last Stop on Market Street at StageOne Family Theatre and choreographed Bright Star at Indiana University Southeast and Once on This Island (Arts Louisville best Director 2023) at Redline Performing Arts. *Member of Actors’ Equity Association (AEA), the Union of Professional Actors and Stage Managers in the United States.
