As a teaching artist, Sully produced and directed productions with the Apprentice Company at Actors Theatre of Louisville, and has taught and directed plays at Wofford College and Transylvania University.

E.L. is a designer, dramaturg and textile artist based in Buffalo, NY, specializing in new works and creative storytelling. Credits include costumes for The Winter’s Tale with Shakespeare in Delaware Park, What the Constitution Means to Me with The Kavinoky Theatre, and Leap and the Net Will Appear with New Georges; props for Dracula: A Comedy of Terrors with Irish Classical Theatre Company; and dramaturgy for the solo show Your Best Odd Girl Out by Adrian Collins and for The Price and “Master Harold”...and the Boys with Irish Classical Theatre Company. They hold an MFA in Costume Design from The University of Texas at Austin and were an Exhibited Designer in the USITT Emerging Artists Pavilion at the 2019 Prague Quadrennial, and have worked with companies in Chicago, Austin, New York City and the East Coast over the past 16 years. They are a member of Wingspace Theatrical Design and of the Buffalo Institute of Contemporary Art School.

Michael’s professional design career spans 40+ years working in theatre, opera and dance on Broadway, Off-Broadway, regionally and internationally. Highlights: the Broadway productions of Copenhagen and David Hare’s Skylight, the Tantrum Theater productions of Next to Normal and Caroline or Change. His multiple Broadway Associate Designer credits include hit revivals of Guys and Dolls and Anything Goes and original productions of City of Angels, Six Degrees of Separation and Lend Me a Tenor. Michael was a School of Theater faculty member from 2003 to 2020, served as Director of the school from 2012 to 2020, when he became Professor Emeritus. He was a driving force in the creation of Tantrum Theater and served as Artistic Director from 2018 through 2023. *Member of United Scenic Artists (USA) union Local 829.

Anthony Alterio
Anthony Alterio is on faculty at Ohio University. He works in the School of Dance and the School of Theatre as Assistant Professor of Instruction, Musical Theatre and Dance. His research explores how representations of identities in the LGBTQIA+ community in pop culture reflect in academic settings as part of a larger interest in how dancers present themselves. Anthony is a native of Pittsburgh, and he began his professional dance training at The University of Colorado-Boulder, where he received a BA double-majoring in Dance and Psychology and went on to attain an MFA in Dance from the University of Michigan. Upon graduation, he has won multiple choreography awards including the Maggie Allesee Choreography award and since has been showing work across the US. Alterio is a member of the Boulder Jazz Dance Company, (formerly Interweave Dance Theatre), the resident company of the Boulder Jazz Dance Workshop.

Ellie Clark [she/her]
Ellie is an actress, producer, and creative collaborator and has performed on stages throughout the United States and across the pond at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. Selected theatre credits: Antony & Cleopatra (Cleopatra), Pride & Prejudice (Elizabeth Bennet), A Streetcar Named Desire (Stella), Marie Antoinette (Marie), Dancing at Lughnasa (Agnes), Crimes of the Heart (Meg), and A Chorus Line (Sheila). Film/TV credits: The Wonder Years (ABC), First Wives Club (BET), a recurring role on Seasons 5, 6 & 7 of Tyler Perry’s Sistas (BET), Johnson (Bounce), as well as several Independent Feature Films. Ellie has been an educator for 20+ years and is the Artistic Director for Arvold Warner Studio, a training ground for Atlanta/Southeast artists pursuing film and TV, founded by Emmy-nominated casting director Erica Arvold. She was the Movement Specialist and Chair of the Drama Program at Kentucky’s Governor’s School for the Arts from 2020-2024 and Co-Founded the arts initiative Voices Amplified, which generates brave and equitable spaces for voices historically underrepresented in theater. Roberto Di Donato [he/they]
Roberto is a Venezuelan-Italian artist from the territories that were originally home for the Tawakoni and Wichita nations near Dallas, Texas. Roberto is a 2024 Cohort Member for the Beth Morrison Projects Producer Academy. His highly collaborative projects have been seen in New York and Austin. Roberto's work was called "An Experimental Masterstroke" by Austin Arts Watch and The Austin Chronicle states it "carries you to the boundaries of what you think you want to watch and tips you over it". Prior to Tantrum, Roberto was the Managing Director of the Latiné Musical Theatre Lab in NYC and the Associate Artistic Director of Frank Wo/Men Collective in Austin, TX. Roberto is the Collaborative Producer for Shakespeare in the Woods, a Vermont and NYC based theater. They have translated three plays written by the Nobel Prize Laureate, Luigi Pirandello, which have been seen Off-Broadway and signed for a revival. Roberto is the creator of "Chicharrón: A communion with the Triple A's" a solo performance piece that has toured Cleveland, Austin, and NYC. He has received an MFA and MAA from Ohio University School of Theater. Roberto also serves on the board of Salvage Vanguard Theater in Austin, Texas. Rebecca VerNooy is a movement theater artist, actor, and writer. Her original work has been performed at Ensemble Studio Theatre, Dance Theatre workshop, Joyce Soho, Dixon Place and PS 122. Evan Bergman
A recent transplant from Atlanta, Evan is excited to join Tantrum as Company Manager. His background in theatre encompasses acting, teaching, and directing. Acting credits range from new work development in New York, performing in regional theatres, spots in blockbuster and indie films, and principal roles in a variety of commercials, including Epson Printers, opposite Shaquille O’Neal. As an educator he’s taught acting on the collegiate level, most recently serving as Visiting Professor of Theatre at Wofford College in South Carolina. He is currently co-Artistic Director of Arvold Warner Studio, founded by Emmy nominated casting director, Erica Arvold. Evan is a proud graduate of the two-year Meisner conservatory at the Maggie Flanigan Studio in NYC and he holds an MFA in Acting from University of Virginia.

Crystal Dahm [she/her]
Crystal Dahm is a theatre technician specializing in technical direction and production management. While she has dabbled in most areas of technical theatre, her true passion lies in helping other artists coordinate and produce a cohesive theatrical experience. Recent professional experience includes work as a carpenter and scene shop office administrator for the Santa Fe Opera in Santa Fe, NM (including The Flying Dutchman, Tosca, Pelléas et Mélisande, Rusalka, and Orfeo) and as technical director at Millbrook Playhouse in Lock Haven, PA (including Newsies, Sexy Laundry, Fox on the Fairway, and Every Brilliant Thing). In addition, Crystal interned at Chai du Terral, a performing arts center in Montpellier, France, and lead several educational drama programs at the Lyccée Claude Gellée high school in Épinal, France.
