Rent Cast
Jordan Ray Duncan (Mark Cohen)Jordan is very excited to be a part of Rent this spring. A graduate of Lindenwood University, he has been in productions of Roger and Hammerstein’s Cinderella,The Rocky Horror show and most recently American Idiot but this is his debut performance with Take Two Productions. He is extremely appreciative of everyone that has made this show possible and hopes everyone enjoys the show.
Cole Gutmann (Roger Davis)Cole Gutmann is thrilled to make his Take Two debut in one of his first loves of Musical Theatre, Rent.
Cole is a Vocal Performance graduate of Millikin University, with a minor in Acting.
Cole has an extensive acting career having most recently portrayed the role of Joseph of Nazareth in Rocky Marlowe’s Production of “Let It Be Christmas” a Beatles Nativity story.
Prior to that, Cole played the title role in the regional premier of “Dracula the Musical” with St. Louis’ New Line Theater in the summer of ‘24.
Some of his other theatrical roles include Jervis Pendleton in “Daddy Long Legs”, for which he won the 2024 Best Performance Award from Arts for Life, Robert Kincade in “Bridges of Madison County”, for which he won Best Actor in the 2020 BPA Awards, Anthony Hope in “Sweeney Todd”, Guido Contini in “Nine the Musical”, Melchior Gabor in “Spring Awakening”, Mr. Green in “Clue the Musical”, J.P. Morgan in Ragtime at Union Avenue Opera, and his favorite role of all, daddy, to his two beautiful children, Francesca and Everett.

Lamarkus Jones (Benjamin Coffin III)Lamarkus Jones is an actor, dancer, singer and author born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre from the University of Central Missouri and he’s very excited to make his debut with Take Two Productions!
Donald Kidd III (Tom Collins)(He/Him) Donald is incredibly honored to be performing in his first production of 'RENT'. This is a dream show and a role that he's not just excited to play but hopes to inspire others as it did him. Donald's recent roles have been Gleb (Anastasia - TTC), Tristan (The Inheritance - TTC), Judas (Godspell - TTTC), Ernst (Spring Awakening - OTC), Lieutenant Daniel Kaffee (A Few Good Men - TGWG).
Kaylin Penninger (Maureen Johnson)Kaylin is a recent alumni of Missouri Baptist University where she sought her BFA in Musical Theatre. Two of her favorite roles include Alice Murphy (Bright Star) and Millie (Seven Brides for Seven Brothers). She is very thankful to her family, partner, friends, cast mates both former and present, and her professors for always encouraging and providing a safe environment to practice her craft.
LaDonna Chambers (Joanne Jefferson)LaDonna Chambers is so happy to be performing again since high school and especially excited to be apart of the classic show rent as Joanne Jefferson for her first show with Take Two Productions she would like to thank her family friends for coming to support her , as well as the amazing cast and crew for being such a pleasure to work with.
Aliegha Ramos (Mimi Marqueza)Aliegha Ramos is thrilled to return to Take Two Productions! She is a graduate of Southeast Missouri State University, where she earned her BFA in musical theater. Some of her recent credits include Merrily We Roll Along (Meg and other), Unlimited: The Music and Lyrics of Stephen Schwartz (Aliegha), Carrie the Musical (Helen), Tony and Tina’s Wedding (Tina), and Shrek: The Musical (Mama Ogre). Aliegha is grateful for the opportunity to work with such a wonderful company again!
Chaston (Chaz) McPeek (Angel Dumott Schunard)Chaz is thrilled to make his local theater debut with Take Two’s production of Rent as it is his first performance outside of school! Ten years ago, at UMSL, he had the pleasure of playing Nanki-Poo in Gilbert & Sullivan’s “The Mikado”, and The Witch in Humperdinck’s “Hansel and Gretel”. Today, Chaz works as an HVAC technician and sings lead in his barbershop quartet “Ephen Steven”.
Camden Walton (Steve, man with squeegee, waiter, and others)Camden is thrilled to make his debut with Take Two Productions in RENT! Recent stage credits include Jason Dean in Heathers, Captain Phoebus in The Hunchback of Notre Dame, and Rich in Be More Chill. Camden also recently performed in the Backwards Broadway concert with Alfresco productions. Camden wants to thank his friends, family and wonderful girlfriend Rachel for their support!
Jaylin Shelton (Mrs. Jefferson, Ali, woman with bags, and others)Jaylin Shelton is an accomplished classically trained vocalist and actress, currently pursuing her Master’s in Music Education at Northwestern University. A cum laude graduate with a BA in Music from Chicago State University, Jaylin has developed a rich performance background, featuring roles in Memphis The Musical at the Center of the Creative Arts, Aida at The Muny, and Dream Girls at Cardinal Ritter College Prep. Her vocal repertoire spans from opera to musical theater, showcasing her versatility with pieces such as Bach/Gounod’s Ave Maria, On My Own from Les Misérables, and Summertime from Porgy and Bess.
Beyond the stage, Jaylin is dedicated to music education and choral conducting. She is currently the general music educator for Saint Louis Catholic Academy, where she teaches students from kindergarten through eighth grade. Her passion for community involvement and music has led to appearances at high-profile events, including performances for the WNBA. Additionally, Jaylin is a proud member of Tau Beta Sigma, the National Honorary Band Sorority, where she contributes to spreading her love for music.
With a commitment to refining her own artistry, Jaylin is driven to inspire future generations of musicians, instilling in them the same passion and dedication that has shaped her own journey.
Loren Gourdreau (Mark's Mom, Pam, and others)Loren Goudreau is thrilled to be performing again with Take Two Productions! Recent credits include Clara’s Mom in My Heart Says Go Home (Tesseract Theatre), Olivia Keating/Ensemble in The Prom (Take Two Productions), and Pat in Kinky Boots (Tesseract Theatre). Some of her favorite past roles include Peggy in the national Family Dollar commercials, Robin (Godspell), Amneris (Aida), and a reoccurring inmate in the hit Netflix series Orange is the New Black. Much love and gratitude to her family & friends, especially her always supportive husband, Rick.
Todd Garten (Gordon, the man, Mr. Grey, and others)Todd Garten is thrilled to be returning to Take Two Productions. Todd was most recently seen as Professor Callahan in Alfresco's production of Legally Blonde. He was King Basilius in Head Over Heels and in the ensemble of Prom both with Take Two. Other shows include Angel/Drag Queen in Tesseract Theatre's Kinky Boots, Snoopy in You're A Good Man Charlie Brown, Frederic in Pirates of Penzance, and Mayor Shinn in the Music Man. Todd is Vice President of Operations at DOORWAYS and is proud to raise money for the Children’s Tumor Foundation as event director for the annual Cupid’s Undie Run each February. Hannah Renee (Alexi Darling, Roger's mom, and others)Hannah Renee is excited to be a part of her first Take Two production! She recently graduated from Lindenwood University this past May with her BFA in Musical Theatre. She was last in New Line’s American Idiot in September. Her previous roles include The Queen of Hearts in Debut Theatre’s Alice By Heart, Ophelia in St. Louis Shakespeare’s Hamlet, Heidi in Title of Show at Lindenwood University, and Veronica in Heathers. She would like to thank her family and friends for their endless support and the cast and creative team for letting her be a part of this story.
Tyler Luetkenhaus (Paul, Mr. Jefferson, preacher, and others)Tyler Luetkenhaus: (he/him) “The opposite of war isn't peace - it’s creation!” Tyler is ECSTATIC to get to help create one of his bucket list shows. You may have seen Tyler most recently as the Baker in Into the Woods with Stray Dog Theatre or driving around St. Louis County in his Jeep Wrangler singing showtunes for all to hear. Big thanks to Tim for always making it make sense, and to his family (both of origin and of choice) for always loving him just as he is!
Amora Jones (Christmas caroler, cop, and others)Amora-Marie (she/her) is excited to be her first Take Two Productions in one of her favorite musicals. Amora’s first musical was at the age of 8. Amora has been in many productions through the years. Most recently American Idiot with New Line. Amora when not performing Amora is a student at Webster University. She would like to thank everyone involved for making this a great experience.
