MR. ALLAN MEADS

DIRECTOR

Mr. Meads is a former member of the STMS Drama Association and STHS alumnus Class of 2006. He has acted in and directed numerous plays and musicals all through, middle, high school, and college. He received his Bachelor of Arts from Cheyney University.

MS. EMILY PIKE

ASSISTANT DIRECTOR

Ms. Pike is an Instructional Aide at Springfield Township Middle School since 2018. She is a STHS alumnus Class of 2011. She has acted in various productions all through middle, high school and college.​

MS. ASHLEY FUHRMEISTER

CHOREOGRAPHER​

Ms. Fuhrmeister put on her first pair of ballet shoes all thanks to her aunt, Denise Walsh. She danced at Steppin' Out Academy under the direction of Jennifer Oldfield. She continued her training at Crane's Performing Arts as a member of Ash II directed by Braham Logan Crane. In high school, she was in many musicals; named dance captain for every show she auditioned. She danced in the Nutcracker; lead roles, (Clara, Soldier Doll, and Dew Drop Fairy). She danced in Boscov's Thanksgiving Day parade (now, Dunkin' Donuts parade) in Philadelphia. She studied at Point Park receiving her degree in Sports, Arts, and Entertainment. She works seasonally at the fighting Phis. She is a believer that children can benefit from dancing.

MS. GILLIAN MENCKEN​

PRODUCTION ASSISTANT

Ms. Mencken (Ms. M) jumped onboard with Springfield’s drama department in the 2021 school year. She has been performing in shows since middle school and after becoming an instructional assistant in the district, decided to continue her passion for the arts by joining the Creative Team. She is so excited to work with students who share the same enthusiasm for the stage!
