A Murder Has Been Renounced Cast

Jared Kehler (Nick Dashell)
Seveta Gallu (Darla Dashell)
Seveta Gallu is excited to have her first debut with State College Community Theatre! She has been a part of the performing arts for as long as she can remember. Her most noteworthy performances include "Mamma Mia!" (Rosie), "12 Angry Jurors" (Juror #9), "Oliver!" (ensemble), and "The Diary of Anne Frank" (Mrs. Edith Frank). Seveta would like to thank her friends and family for their constant love and support.
Charlotte Getson (Mrs. Ludos)
Charlotte is a native of State College and a recent Penn State graduate in English. This is her second show with SCCT, the first being High School Musical in 2016 as a part of the ensemble cast. She has been seeing shows with SCCT since she was 7 years old and is so excited to be involved in another production. Charlotte is thankful to her family and friends who have helped prepare for her role as Mrs. Ludos. She is thrilled to be working with such an amazing cast and crew and can't wait for you to see the show.
Adeline Aileo (Miss Heinspiele)
Adeline Aileo, Addy for some, who plays the role of Ms. Heinspiele is very happy to join a SCCT production again. She was born and raised in France where she worked as a Sign Language interpreter, which led her to move to State College in 2013 for a PhD in early childhood education (long story!) that she never finished due to meeting the love of her life and his son and giving birth to twins. Adeline appeared as Lola Piccard in SCCT's Murder Mystery "Dead Tuesday" earlier this year. She is a linguist and language lover (she knows various spoken and signed languages). She loves learning languages, playing with her kids (6 yo twins and a 15 yo), board games, hiking, kayaking, building Legos (currently working on the Millennium Falcon with her 15 yo), proof-reading, making pop up cards, baking and is quite computer savvy.
Ana Wakeman (Miss Mendacio)
She is from the Hudson Valley area in NY and moved to State College in 2017. She has my BA in Theatre Studies and Communication Studies from Ithaca College and her MA in Theology. By day Ana is a nanny and daycare teacher. By night, Miss Mendacio. She enjoys reading, rock climbing, puzzles, and long walks around Boalsburg. She performed as various roles in theatre and film throughout high school and college, led acting workshops and directed plays for children, but hasn't been on stage/set since 2014. This is Ana's first production with State College Community Theatre. Enjoy the show!
Rob Arnold (Captain Trucage)
Elizabeth Fuhrmann (Deidre)
Liz is ecstatic about her SCCT debut! Prior to moving to State College in April, Liz worked in the journalism and marketing industries in Buffalo, NY. She currently works in Strategic Communications for Penn State. Some of her previous performances include 'Quarantine Stories' with Post-Industrial Productions, Felicia Dantine in 'I Hate Hamlet', Gwendolen Fairfax in 'The Importance of Being Earnest', and a Witch in "The Scottish Play" with Canisius College Little Theatre in Buffalo. She would like to thank her wonderful friends and chosen family for their love and support as she follows her passions!
