All sales are final. No refunds allowed.

All exchange requests must be made 72 hours or more before showtime. Comedy Night exchanges can only be applied to future comedy or improv presentations, excluding One-Night Only Special Events.

Late Policy

Building entrance doors lock at scheduled show time. No admittance after scheduled show time.

Currently there is no working elevator in the building. Theater is on the 4th floor. No refunds.
