Georgie Negron (Oliver Twist)Georgie is 11 years old and has always loved being on stage. Some of his favorite roles were Thomas O’Malley in “The Aristocats, Kids,” Mr. Greenway in “Elf, Jr,” and Kristoff in “Frozen, Kids.” Georgie also loves drumming, the Beatles, and visiting theme parks. He spends his free time writing fiction books and marching to the beat of the music in his head!

Miles Rivera (Oliver Twist/Workhouse Boy/Fagin's Crew)Miles is so excited to be making his Spotlight Repertory debut! Miles has been a member of the Christ Church Community Youth Choir for 4 years. He also enjoys taking piano lessons, drawing, and playing baseball, football, and basketball. Miles is a HUGE Harry Potter fan and loves playing video games. Miles is proud to represent his school as a 5th Grade Character Champion! Special thanks to Mary and Jacques for this incredible opportunity. Jacques Stewart (Fagin)John “Jacques” Stewart - is an award winning international director and choreographer (SSD&C), writer and performer (AEA). Co-Founder and Artistic Director of Spotlight Theatre. Longest serving Artistic Director of the Weathervane Repertory Theatre 1991-2017 (LOA-LORT) producing seven shows in alternating repertory in each summer season with New York’s finest Broadway and Regional performers; Co-Founder of Windsock Theatre Camp; Director - SKYBO Productions & Casting of NYC; Writer - New York, regional and stock; Founder/Producing Artistic Director – ArtBridge (NY company producing bilingual theater in Central America). ArtBridge – building a bridge for art from New York to Guatemala - has included over 150 Guatemalan and over 20 American artists since it began in 1999. West Side Story, Once On This Island*, Grease, Peter Pan and Jesus Christ Superstar* in collaboration with the United States Embassy; as well as Godspell*, Evita*,and others (*in Spanish). He is; and Co-founder/former co-artistic director - Teamwork Dance (NJ Modern Dance company).
Geo Ebanks (The Artful Dodger)Geo Ebanks is a talented young actor playing The Artful Dodger in Oliver! Hailing from New Jersey, Geo has participated in lots of theater productions and in film. Tim Farley (Bill Sikes)Tim Farley (Bill Sikes) has performed widely in film, television, theatre and improvisational comedy. This is his first show with Spotlight, and his first musical theatre role. Some favorite past roles include: TV: “Law & Order: SVU” & “The Blacklist”, FILM: The award-winning indie
feature film “Tyler” (2023). THEATRE: Lovers (Andy Tracy), Tartuffe (Title role), Macbeth

Thomas Gottlieb (The Artful Dodger/Workhouse Boy/Fagin's Crew)Thomas Gottlieb (age 14) started his acting career at PS 42 playing Captain Hook in Peter Pan Jr. and also Mr. Banks in Mary Poppins. In Middle School, he played Danny Zuko in remote Grease, and Gaston in Beauty and the Beast. He most recently was Aladdin at IS 7. Thomas has participated in Tottenville High School's SING. He was Roger in Spotlights 101 Dalmatians and Chief Tui in Moana. He currently sings in Tottenville's mixed choir.
Victoria Gullo (Nancy)Victoria Gullo is absolutely thrilled to be taking on her first Spotlight show as Nancy and to be sharing the stage with her son Frankie! Her most recent projects include her role as Hot Blades in Ghostlight Players' Urinetown which opens in February and her direction of Frankenstein with SI Shakespeare in October 2023. Some of her most cherished roles include Penelope in The Penelopiad., Ellida in The Lady from the Sea, Jo March in Little Women, Meg in Crimes of the Heart, Ophelia in Hamlet, Vanda in Venus in Fur and Luisa in The Fantasticks - this one soon to be added to the list! Victoria is also a graduate of Wagner College, earning her Arts Administration degree, and currently works as the Executive Assistant/Office Administrator at Snug Harbor Cultural Center & Botanical Garden. “Many thanks to the Spotlight team for this amazing opportunity. Adrianna D'Angelo (Bet)Adrianna D'Angelo is a junior at St. Joseph by-the-Sea High School. Adrianna began dancing with Star Struck Dance Studio at three years old and started theater in the 5th grade. She stared as Adella in "The Little Mermaid" in the 5th grade. In IS7, she was involved in the theater program and was cast in "Mean girls" (Gretchen), "Spongebob" (Pearl), and a part in Hairspray. In High School, she has been a part of "My Fair Lady" (Maid/Butler), "Les Miserables" (Factory Girl 5), "Oklahoma" (Ado Annie), "Romeo and Juliet" (Genevive), "Mean Girls" (Karen), and will be starring in Guys and Dolls as Sarah Brown understudy and a Hot Box Girl. Adrianna would like to thank Mary, Jaques, Meggan, and all of the Spotlight family.
James Quinn (Charley Bates)James Quinn is a 6th grader at IS 24 and has been involved in theater since he was a preschooler attending musical theater classes throughout Staten Island and being in countless productions. Most recently he played the role of Will’s Son in Big Fish with the Wagner College student body and is currently cast in Spotlight Theaters musical production of Elf as Fulton (Walter’s boss). He has also held roles as Plankton in SpongeBob, Iago in Aladdin, Mike Teavee in Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Hei Hei in Moana, Mowgli in Jungle Book, Jose in Junie B. Jones, Michael Wormwood in Matilda as well as the ensemble casts of School of Rock, Peter Pan, and countless others.

Randy Topper (Mr. Bumble)Randy Topper (Mr. Bumble) Just like his "dad van", Randy is imported from Detroit, where he earned a bachelor's degree in theatre performance from Wayne State University. He moved to New York in 2001 to pursue a career in acting. He spent a season as an artist in residence at Florida Studio Theatre in Sarasota and toured nationally with Dandelion Productions, National Theatre for Children, and Theatreworks USA. Randy then returned to New York where he co-founded IlluminArt Productions of Staten Island, serving as the artistic director, writing, directing, performing, and teaching for 9 years. After earning a master's in social work from the College of Staten Island, Randy now serves as the school social worker at The Harbor View School in Staten Island and the camp social worker at Sprout Brooklyn Day Camp. Randy couldn't be happier to be returning to the Spotlight Stage and is especially pleased to be performing alongside his daughter Eden (she sells the best milk in town! Seriously, check it out!) and their fellow Moshavnik Elliot. Previous Spotlight roles include Papa/King in The Nutcracker, Ned Schneebly School of Rock and Voices of Spring Cabaret. Meggan Audrey (Mrs. Corney)Meggan Audrey is so excited to be back with her Spotlight family! Meggan has become a choreographer/director at Spotlight for the past few years working on Chicago, Mean Girls, Hello Dolly, The Lion King, Jr, and Jungle Book to name a few. She was also most recently seen in Spotlight Repertory Theatre’s production of The Nutcracker! Favorite Performance Credits: Newsies (Spotlight Repertory), Footloose (Surflight), The Producers (Woodstock Playhouse), Chicago (Forestburgh Playhouse), Smokey Joe’s Cafe (Weathervane Theatre). Meggan has also performed as a backup vocalist for Liz Callaway in Lincoln Center and Deke Sharon in Carnegie Hall. Graduate of Pace University, BFA. Shea Ryan (Mr. Brownlow)While Shea has a strong background in acting, he is fairly new to the Staten Island acting scene. In the recent past he worked with Spotlight in a Spring Musical Review as we as playing the role of Doctor Parker in Batboy. Shea is thrilled to be part of the Spotlight family again in this production of Oliver!
This performance marks an historical event! For the first time, Shea and his son Aidan will share the stage!
He is very grateful for the support and understanding of the rest of his family; his wife Tricia, his daughter Fiona, and his two doggies, Calliope and Stella.
Justin Blake Grossman (Mr. Sowerberry/Knife Grinder)Justin Blake Grossman - Mr Sowerberry / Knife Grinder / Governor / Bar Patron
Justin is a new resident of Staten Island and is beyond thrilled to be making his debut with Spotlight Theatre Staten Island. Justin’s most recent credit includes: The Addams Family (Mal Beineke) and some of his favorite credits include: Pippin, The Wedding Singer, Starmites, Guys & Dolls, Shakespeare’s The Tempest, and The Taming of the Shrew. Justin would like to thank this amazingly talented cast and dedicated crew members for welcoming him with open arms. He would also like to thank his parents for always supporting his passion for the arts, and most importantly, Justin would love to thank his loving wife for being his #1 fan.
Erin Kenny (Mrs. Sowerberry)This is Erin Kenny’s third performance with Spotlight and she is thrilled to be performing with them again. She is returning to the stage for the first time in 10 years and could not be happier to be back with such a talented, wonderful and supportive group of people.
Donata O'Neill (Charlotte)Donata O’Neill is a senior at St. Joseph by-the-Sea High School. She is a member of the fencing team, the sailing team, the choir, and the drama club. Over the years, she has performed in many plays with St. Joseph by-the-Sea, Blessed Sacrament, SICTA, and Spotlight Youth Theatre, as well as in six productions of The Nutcracker at the St. George Theatre. Most recently, Donata has appeared in Oklahoma! (Laurey), Romeo and Juliet (Lady Capulet), Elf, Jr. (Emily Hobbs), as well as in Spotlight Repertory Theatre's production of Hello Dolly! She is excited to be performing alongside her mother and two of her brothers in Oliver. Best wishes to the cast and crew!

Aidan Ryan (Noah Claypole)
Jonathan Hallowell (Dr. Grimwig)Jonathan is excited to be back at Spotlight for another show! Having recently appeared as Drosselmeyer in Nutcracker, and Stanley in the Ensemble of Hello, Dolly! he is really beginning to “consider himself one of the family”. Jonathan is from Denver, Colorado and received his BFA from the University of Wyoming. Favorite past credits include Junie B. Jones, Charlotte’s Web, Woman in Mind, and The Lion in Winter.
Tracy Rosenberg (Mrs. Bedwin)Tracy Rosenberg thrilled to be a part of this incredible cast. She
is very familiar with Oliver!, having directed/musical directed it twice and appearing in it three times! Tracy is a retired DOE Performing Arts teacher. She was selected as Teacher of the Year for District 31 twice during her 34 year career. Her choruses have performed throughout the
metropolitan area, including Carnegie Hall. She was also the
founder and director of the Theatre Brats of the Richmond
Theatre Collection. Tracy is now the Jewish Mother half of “A Jewish Mother and a Latina,” the hit youtube show. She is also a standup comedian who performs at clubs, parties and wherever else she is asked.
Tracy is also very involved in community theatre. She teaches
Musical Theatre classes for both Spotlight Theatre and Sundog Theatre. She has appeared in many productions through the years, including the Off - Broadway hits, “My Big Gay Italian Wedding,” “My Big Gay Italian Funeral,” My Big Gay Italian Midlife Crisis” and “Housewives of Seacaucus: What a Drag.” Her favorite role to date is Mom to her extremely talented kids, Steven and Samantha. Lexi Paolino (Rose Seller)Lexi is so happy to be a part of the cast of Oliver! Oliver was one of her first shows. It holds such a special place in her heart, and she is so excited to be doing the show exactly a decade later! She absolutely loves working with Spotlight Theatre, and has been seen in many of their productions, including Mamma Mia!, Matilda, Newsies, Robyn Hood, Bat Boy, Nutcracker, and her most favorite, School of Rock, where she played Summer. Other favorite credits include: Carnegie Hall: Way of The Rain (Singer), Little Women (Beth), Miracle on 34th Street (Susan), Mary Poppins (Michael Banks),
and 13 The Musical (Lydia). She recently made her debut at the 54 Below in 54 Sings Bandstand, and at Symphony Space in Kota Production’s Lyrics for Life concert that
supports mental health awareness and suicide prevention. She is studying
screenwriting and creative writing at Pace University. You can also catch a glimpse of
her on the newest season of The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel as a 1960s teen, and in the new Mean Girls Musical Movie! Big thank you— and much love— to the whole Spotlight family!

Roe Marcus (Milkmaid)Roseann (Roe) Marcus (she/her/hers) is happy to be part of Spotlight's current production of Oliver! Roe also appeared in a few community theatre productions in 2022, as Maria in SI Shakespeare’s Uncle Vanya and Mrs. Fezziwig in Ghostlight Productions, A Christmas Carol. She has also provided her time to Empowering Voices (EV) to benefit Staten Island’s IlluminArt Youth Programs and lent her singing voice with EV at the '22 and '23 Pride Festival on Staten Island. She's appeared in the SI Women's Playwright Collective in 'Game Night' an original play by Holly Pepe. These past couple of years, she has enjoyed the creative journey enormously and continues that by working with diverse and talented actors.
Carol Griffin (Matron)Over the past few years, Carol has become a familiar face in Spotlight Theatre productions. She’s performed in "Nutcracker", “Newsies”, “Violet” and “School of Rock”, “Fierce Females” & “Hello Dolly”. Recently, she became a Board Member for Spotlight Theatre and a member of the Social Justice and Interfaith Committee for the Staten Island Council of Churches. She’s an active choir member and Deacon at the Oakwood Heights Community Church and her band, The Carol Griffin Trio with Bill O’Brien and Dave Dragos performs at various fundraisers and dining venues in the New York area. Heather O'Neill (Sally/Strawberry Seller)Heather O’Neill is excited to be on stage again for the first time in years! Previously, she performed in community theatre in Shreveport, Louisiana. Credits there include: Evita; Dark of the Moon; The Women; Grease; Talk Radio; Camino Real; The House of Bernarda Alba; and Cinderella Wore Combat Boots. She also sang in the chorus of Shreveport Opera for several years and in several productions with Centenary College Opera. In more recent years, she has been a stage mom and dance mom to her eight performing children. Heather would like to thank Mary Lee, Jacques, and Gigi for this opportunity to be in Oliver! Brook Timbreza (Solo Boy #1)Brook is a 7th grader at St Clare School. He participated in several Spotlight productions such as Santa in Elf Jr, Maui in Moana Jr, Candyman in Willy Wonka Jr, Jafar in Alladin Jr, Jock in High School Musical, King Triton in Little Mermaid, Pongo in 101 Dalmatians and Mufasa at Sundog’s Lion King.
Brook adores Godzilla and has been a serious collector of it’s toys. For several years until the present, Brook has been dedicated to his Judo, Juijitsu and Wrestling training. When he grows up, he aspires to a doctor who specializes in pediatric cardiac surgery and travel the world. He wants to experience living in Japan like a local together with his golden Pomeranian named Chubby Boy. Brook is also part of Workhouse Boys/Fagin's Crew in Oliver!
Darlene Timbreza (Chairman)Doctor of Physical Therapy for 28 years as a day job but a passionate artist in music, movement and colors being therapeutically applied to my pediatric patients with severe disabilities.
Active in theater ,performing arts and impromptu performances way back in college.

River Timbreza (Solo Boy #2)River is an 8th grader at St Clare School. He has enthusiastically participated in several Spotlight productions including Young Edgar in Batboy, Charlie in Willy Wonka Jr, The Store Manager at Elf Jr, Pua in Moana Jr, Sultan in Alladin Jr, Thespian in Hight School Musical, Grimsby in Little Mermaid Jr, Narrator in 101 Dalmatian.
River is passionate in the grappling arts of Judo, Juijitsu and Wrestling. He is a fierce advocate of animal protection. He dreams to take up Veterinary Medicine at Cornell University. River is also part of Workhouse Boys/Fagin's Crew in Oliver!
Frankie Cowhig (Workhouse Boys/Fagin's Crew)Frankie is so excited to be performing in his first Spotlight production especially alongside his mother, Victoria. You may most notably recognize Frankie for his performance as William Frankenstein in SIST's production of Frankenstein back in October 2023. Other recent credits include, his feature role in "Kick the Can" as part of Ghostlight Player's Ghostwriter's Play Festival and Kristoff in Frozen Jr. with Staten Island Children's Theatre Association! Jack Gottlieb (Workhouse Boy/Fagin's Crew)Jack Gottlieb (age 10) has performed for Spotlight in both 101 Dalmatians (Dalmatian) and Moana (Tamatoas claw). In addition he was an Elf in Elf Jr. and has been singing in his school choir for 2 years and church choir for 4 years.
Severin O'Neill (Workhouse Boys/Fagin's Crew)Severin O'Neill has performed with Spotlight Youth Theatre's productions of Aladdin, The Little Mermaid, and Oklahoma!. He has also performed in Annie at Blessed Sacrament, and in two productions ot The Nutcracker with Staten Island Ballet. This past summer, he also performed at Lincoln Center in Romeo and Juliet with American Ballet Theatre. Severin also does competitive Latin and Standard ballroom dance. He is very excited to be a part of Oliver!
Campion O'Neill (Workhouse Boys/Fagin's Crew)Campion O'Neill is happy to be making his Spotlight debut! He performed in Annie last year at Blessed Sacrament School. He has also performed in two productions of The Nutcracker with Staten Island Ballet. In addition to ballet, he studies competitive Latin and Standard ballroom dance.
