Corey Loftus (Soloist)
Corey Loftus is deeply honored to be part of this production. Past favorite roles: Featured Dancer in Guys and Dolls (In the Wings, SI NY), Cat in the Hat (Seussical Nat'l Tour), Silvius in As You Like It (Orlando Shakespeare), Jack in Into the Woods (Elon U), Pippin in Pippin (Livestock Players, Greensboro NC). Randy Topper (Soloist)
Randy Topper Just like his "dad van", Randy is imported from Detroit, where he earned a bachelor's degree in theatre performance from Wayne State University. He moved to New York in 2001 to pursue a career in acting. He spent a season as an artist in residence at Florida Studio Theatre in Sarasota and toured nationally with Dandelion Productions, National Theatre for Children and Theatreworks USA. Randy then returned to New York where he co-founded IlluminArt Productions of Staten Island, serving as the artistic director, writing, directing, performing and teaching for 9 years. After earning a master's in social work from College of Staten Island, Randy now serves as the school social worker at The Harbor View School in Staten Island and the camp social worker at Sprout Brooklyn Day Camp. Randy couldn't be happier to be returning to the Spotlight Stage after performing as Ned Schneebly in last summer's production of School of Rock. Many thanks to the team at Spotlight for continuing to make him feel like part of the family! Important roles include Edna in Hairspray, Pharaoh in Joseph... Dreamcoat and Cpt. Lennox in The Secret Garden, but his favorite role is that of Daddy to Eden and Shana and Partner to Kristi.
Meggan Audrey (Soloist)
Meggan Audrey is so excited to dive into this story with her Spotlight family! Meggan has become a choreographer at Spotlight for the past few years working on Chicago, Legally Blonde and making a directorial debut with The Lion King, Jr. Favorite Performance Credits: Newsies (Spotlight Repertory), Footloose (Surflight), The Producers (Woodstock Playhouse), Chicago (Forestburgh Playhouse), Smokey Joe’s Cafe (Weathervane Theatre). Thank you to Jacques, Mary Lee and the entire cast and crew! Love to Mom, Dad, James and Brad.
Bronwyn Fugate (Soloist)
Bronwyn Fugate holds a BFA in Musical Theatre from the Boston Conservatory. A teacher with the NYC DOE for 13 years, she has worked at Curtis HS having honed students talents in theatre arts. Her most recent directorial endeavor was The Prom which went live March 10th. Last year the Curtis Players produced Guys and Dolls to which they were the Shubert Festival Recipient and students had the amazing honor to perform at The Winter Garden Theatre on Broadway. Previous roles include:Guys and Dolls (Miss Adelaide) with In the WIngs, School of Rock (Rosalie Mullins) with Spotlight Repertory Theatre, Angels in America (Harper) with SVPT, Les Miserables (Fantine) CATS (Grizabella) Miss Saigon (Ellen) & Victor/Victoria (Norma Cassidy) all with The Forestburgh Playhouse, Smoking Bloomberg with NYMF, and Greenwillow with the York Theatre to name a few. Bronwyn would like to thank her ever supportive and patient husband, Howard, and their two sons Howie (7) and Hunter (4), along with her mother and step-father who all help in making sure her creative flame stays lit!
George Papas  (Soloist)
George Anthony Papas was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY. George has had the opportunity to sing, dance and act all around the world in National Tours, Cruise Ships and Industrials. He's had the opportunity to sing in such venues as Lincoln Center, Carnegie Hall and as a backup singer for Sir Elton John at Radio City Music Hall. George is also a Singer/Songwriter/ Piano player. He has enjoyed many stints gigging around the world with performing artists. Now a proud husband to his beautiful wife Meaghan, and 4 wonderful kids, George currently works at The New York Film Academy where he is The Senior Admissions Director, which includes adjudicating auditions and working with young artists all over the world.
Kim Fiorello (Soloist)
Kim is once again thrilled to be sharing the stage here at The Staten Island Play House with such a talented performers and friends. She was last seen on this stage performing as Theo “the rocker” in Spotlight’s Repertory Production of “School of Rock” last Spring. Kim has been a big part of the Spotlight family since 2019. A featured singer in a few of the “Fierce Females” shows, as well as behind the scenes as an assistant director for Spotlight’s youth productions Summer of 2022 Kim directed and choreographed 101 Dalmations, Kids! A proud graduate of The American Musical and Dramatic Academy in NYC, Kim has performed in many productions over the years. Some of her favorite roles in different community theatre shows have been Audrey in “Little Shop of Horrors”, Ellen in “Miss. Saigon” (A Paris Arté Documentary), Rosemary in “How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying” and Cleo in “I Love My Wife”. You can currently see her and her hubby Joe rocking out in the tri-state area playing at many bars, weddings, and private parties with their cover band since 2008 called “ATOMIC KRUSH & ACOUSTIC KRUSH”. Kim’s favorite role in life is being mommy to their son Jagger who is not only an awesome hockey player at the age of 9, but he also rocks the piano and loves to perform with Spotlight whenever he has the chance. She would like to Thank Mary and Soupy for being such amazing, talented humans and for creating Spotlight for the young and “not so young” to do their “thang and shine”. Xoxoxo
Samantha Rosenberg (Soloist)
Sam is so excited to be back doing her third show with Spotlight Rep. Recent credits include Robyn Hood (Town Crier) and School of Rock (Ms. Macapaguy). She is also one of the stage managers for Les Miserables at St. Joseph By The Sea. Sam is a singer, dancer, actress, and choreographer who graduated from AMDA’s Musical Theatre Program. She has choreographed many shows at St. Clare’s, I.S.24, and Tottenville High School. She is also one of the lead singers in Take 2 playing all around the tri-state area. Favorite roles include Holly (The Wedding Singer), The Narrator (Joseph..Dreamcoat), The Leading Player (Pippin), Rusty/Ariel (Footloose), & Sandy/Marty (Grease). Much love to Mary, Soupy, and her old brother Steven for this opportunity.
Meredith Sladek (Soloist)
Meredith Sladek is excited to perform in her first show with Spotlight Theatre. Recent roles include Cressida in Troilus and Cressida with Staten Island Shakespearean Theatre Company, Aimee Blake in The Humans with Sea View Playwright's Theatre, and Lenny Magrath in Crimes of the Heart with Ghostlight Players. She holds BA degrees in Theatre and English from Truman State University. Meredith would like to thank the Spotlight team for this opportunity. Enjoy the show!
Brad Baker (Soloist)
rad Baker is originally from Enterprise, Alabama, and currently lives in New York City. Since graduating from Auburn University, he has performed in numerous theatres nationally and internationally. Some favorite credits include: Lead Singer for Holland America Cruise Line, The Showboat Branson Belle, SWING! The Musical and voicing several characters on the Jurassic World-Live Tour. Brad has also been seen with the world-renowned a cappella group, The Cat’s Pajamas Vocal Band, who have performed on high profile television shows including, NBC’s The Sing Off, America’s Got Talent, and FOX’s Next Great American Band.
Francesca McGrory (Soloist)
Francesca McGrory is excited to perform again after a brief hiatus of 10 years. Formerly, she starred in Julianne Moore’s broadway musical Freckleface, in A Funny Thing Happened with DC Shakespeare Theater, as Catnip in Tortoise and The Hare Off-Broadway at St.Luke’s and as Sharpay in High School Musical at Toronto’s Distillery Theater. Shea Ryan (Soloist)
Shea Ryan studied at The New Actor's Workshop in NYC where he worked with Mike Nichols, George Morrison and Paul Sills. He later went into post production and still enjoys crafting zero budget films. However, Shea's greatest love is for his wife and children Tricia, Fiona, Aidan and Calliope.
Sophie Decker (Soloist)
Sophie Decker is so excited to return to the Spotlight Repertory stage. She has been part of the Spotlight family for nearly eight years and has appeared in many roles such as Fantine in Les Miserables, Velma Kelly in Chicago, and as a featured singer in Spotlight Repertory’s annual Fierce Females concert. Godspell holds a special place in Sophie’s heart as it was one of the first Spotlight productions she starred in back in 2017! She is currently a junior at Marymount Manhattan College and is looking forward to earning a BFA degree in Creative Writing.
