About New Voices 35th Annual Festival of New Works
Join us in celebrating the works of our 6 winning playwrights on Saturday, July 26th. Each play will feature actors of all ages and professional directors from the Richmond Community. SPARC is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded in 1981 and is one of the nation’s most comprehensive, community-based youth performing arts education organizations. We provide an atmosphere where creative expression flourishes, meaningful connections are built, and individuality is celebrated.
