Shannon is honored to return for her third year as Director of the SRS Drama Club's productions. Shannon holds a Bachelor’s of Music from the prestigious Manhattan School of Music. A Connecticut native, Shannon has been involved in performing arts since a very young age. Knowing the power the performing arts had on her life, she made the change from performing to talent development and education. Over the past 17 years, she has taught, assisted directed, assisted with music direction and directed numerous productions. Those productions include CINDERELLA KIDS,, ARISTOCATS KIDS, ANNIE, 101 DALMATIANS, FIDDLER ON THE ROOF, SEUSSICAL, CLUE, and PIRATES PAST NOON. She also has worked as a teaching artist and assistant costume designer with The Hartford Stage Summer Studio.

Janet has been involved in theater performance and production for over four decades, the last 23 years as a member of the SRS English Department faculty and adviser to many extra-curricular activities including the SRS Drama Club and Stagecraft. When not busy with her students in & out of the classroom, she can often be found with a guitar or camera in hand, exploring her passions for music & travel. She is grateful for her theatrical partners in crime and to be part of the team guiding this talented group of students, and always to Van Farrier for inviting her into the SRS Drama Club Family.

Tyler is the 7th-8th grade Art Teacher and has been involved with set design and Stagecraft at SRS since THE ADDAMS FAMILY in 2017. He enjoys bringing his expertise with art and building beyond the art room and onto the stage.

Lo is the SRS Drama Club's Stage Manager and a Club Officer. They started off in the club during freshman year, working on Stage Crew for A LITTLE PRINCESS. They also worked on SEUSSICAL and CLUE before being an Assistant Stage Manager in SHREK THE MUSICAL. Lo is excited for Junior year and their debut as Stage Manager.

Natalie is a creative and hardworking senior at SRS. She loves spending time with her friends and is very dedicated to the shows. Last year she ran the lights for SRS not even a week from having major surgery! She always puts in the effort and is really reliable.
