Refund/Exchange Policy
All sales are FINAL. No REFUNDS will be issued. Exchanges of show dates after purchase are permitted at the company's sole discretion. Submissions for an EXCHANGE REQUEST must be sent via email to [email protected]. Please include the Account Name, Contact Number, Date of Original Reservation, Number of Tickets, and the REQUESTED SHOW DATE and TIME. We will follow up by email/phone with a resolution. Please be advised: an EXCHANGE REQUEST can only be accepted before your original reservation.
