Aaliyah Kois Jacob (Mother, Message, Dinner, Ex)Aaliyah is a creative who brings her unique life experiences to her art. Until moving to Seattle for high school, Aaliyah had the unique experience of living exclusively on islands - Sri Lanka, Singapore, Xiamen (China), and Whidbey Island, WA. She has defied convention in her schooling, spending her early years almost entirely outdoors, commuting by ferry to middle school, and sampling four different approaches to high school before ditching high school altogether in favor of Seattle Central College. Aaliyah is beyond grateful for the opportunity to work with the wonderful cast and crew of Love and Information. In particular, she wants to thank the Tuesday/Thursday group (a.k.a. the Wrang-Banglers) for being so supportive and welcoming, and Shelly and Abbey for being the best directors ever. Adrian Silva (Depression, Guitar, Star, Earthquake)Adrian Silva initially explored the entertainment world through song composition, live music performances, and TV and film in NYC 2004. Transitioning into stage acting with “Love and Information” has been humbling and exhilarating, allowing Adrian to rediscover the joy of learning in a collaborative and dynamic environment. Adrian is grateful to work under the direction of Shelley Douma and alongside a dedicated cast and crew who contribute immensely to this creative experience.
Andrew Carroll (Spies, Schizophrenic, Recluse, Decision, Censor, The Child Who Didn't Know Pain)James Andrew Carroll is acting in his first play since grade school. Since then, he has appeared only in the Turkish independent film, Yolculuk (2016). A fledgling pianist and poet, Carroll has released a debut album of solo compositions, borrowed glass (2023), as well as four poetry collections, including most recently, surrealist poetry, vol. 1. He co-founded the California-based journalist collective FORTHE.org in 2017. Now in Seattle for the foreseeable future, he is working on his debut novel.
Antonyo Clark (Affair, Terminal, Wedding Video)This is Antonyo's second time being in a play. He was in one during elementary school but he forgot what it was called, all he knows is that he played a tree that had a few lines in it. Antonyo love watching movies and shows in his free time, hanging out with friends at the beach specifically, and watching sports. He wants to give a shoutout to his mom because she has been the only consistent in his life so he loves her dearly!
Beezus B. Murphy (Affair, Flashback, Wedding Video)Beezus graduated from The Center School in 2022 and is heading to Western Washington University this fall. She is a lifelong activist and avid enjoyer/creator of both visual and written arts. She’s previously played Mrs. Potts in Beauty and The Beast, Mrs. Darling in Peter Pan, Annie in Chicago, Logainne Schwartz-Grubnierre in The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, and Stella Starvinsky in Party in The Bathroom at the Seattle Rep. She would like to thank her parents for always believing in her. Her younger sister Minnow, for always giving her lots of love and cuddles. Her older sister Elena, for always detangling her dolls’ hair and keeping her company when she was lonely. Her high school drama teacher Beverly Lackey for believing in her, pushing her to be the best she can be, and helping her mature as an artist. And finally her lovely girlfriend September Bourne (yes, that’s their actual name) for bringing so much light and love into her life. Dominic Helming (Irrational, Wedding Video, Dinner, Ex)Dominic is joining us working as an actor in his first play production. Having been in numerous Pacific Northwest Ballet productions during his time as a ballet dancer he is excited to bring his energy and enthusiasm to the stage once again. Dominic extends his gratitude to his fellow performers and production crew, as well as the Intiman Theatre staff for making this show happen!
Evelyn Hicks (Secret, Lab, Linguist, Sex, Small Thing)Evelyn is super excited to be doing her second show with Shelley, and her first year with the Intiman Technical Theater and Social Justice Program! She is currently in the various scenes, Secret, Lab, Linguist, Sex, and Small Thing. She has not only been working in acting for over 10 years, but also working in costuming and sewing. She hopes to fulfill her passion in costume design and illustration after or even during college! She is grateful for meeting new friends and making new memories throughout this show and program, and thanks you for coming hopes you enjoy the show! <3
Evon Hussein (Dream, Pig Latin Speaker)Evon is a First year here at SCC, this is actually her first show at the Erickson theater. She is currently working as the assistant stage manager and was also one of the head set designers for this showing of love and information. She has been in love with theater for awhile now from being in the stage crew to being on stage. They like to read books and watch movies in her spare time but do hope to be making and starring in movies in ten years time but time will only tell.
Faith Petry (Fired, Grass, Guitar, Savant, Memory House)Faith has been acting for only four years but her love for performing goes back to when she was four years old. A dancer originally, Faith has known the stage through ballet, but she fell in love with theatre in her junior year of high school, playing characters such as Hermia in A Midsummer Nights Dream and Alice in The Heart of Robin Hood. This is her first college level performance. She would like to thank her family and friends for their support, as well as her fellow actors and directors who have helped her along her journey.
Francis Xavier St. Cyr (Friend to Depressed Person, Dog Lover)His name is Francis Xavier St. Cyr, but you and everyone else can call him Francisco. Francis started acting in the late years of high school. He started with a few classes that involved technical work and acting work. Soon he got a role in the spring play of 2022 and fall play of November 2022. The first play Francis played in was called Pippin for the spring play. He would be a background character who not only danced but sang most of the songs with the chorus throughout the play. Soon after, Francis would go on to become a secondary character in the play Imaginary Invalid. Which involved a French patient being diagnosed by multiple doctors only to know he is very well, but his brother was not so well. Francis would play as the evil doctor who tricked the lead character the most, the doctor's name was Purgon. Francis soon started taking acting classes in college to pursue his dream of acting, voice acting, and story building.
Harper Hobson (Dream, God's Voice, The Child Who Didn't Know Fear, Wife, The Child Who Didn't Know Pain)Harper Hobson has done theater for 8 years, ranging from traditional drama, musical theater, and Shakespeare performances. Her most recent role was 'Alice' in her high school's production of Alice in Wonderland. If given the opportunity, Harper will continue to act in other productions but will also be entering the Apparel and Design program following the end of this quarter and working towards a degree in fashion design. She would like to thank her family for their love and support as well as her directer, Shelley Douma, and the rest of the cast and crew members for the strong effort and work they put in to make this show come to life.
Ian Vermeers (Fan, Lab, Linguist, God, Shrink, Manic, Virtual, Facts)Ian is a multidisciplinary artist, working in illustration, writing, animation, acting, and more. He is passionate about bringing characters and stories to life, whether it's on screen, page, or stage, and will be joining the incoming class of '24 at DigiPen Institute of Technology in the fall, with aspirations of creating animated programming for streaming and television. Before that, however, he is excited to be performing in his first play here at Seattle Central. He first took the acting class at SCC in the fall of 2023 and became enamored with stagecraft. He's since presented both spoken-word and musical scenes for his fellow classmates in preparation for this play, and always gives each performance everything he's got. He'd like to thank his family and friends for supporting him in his various creative pursuits, Shelly Douma for her instruction and encouragement during this past year, and the cast and crew of Team StarKid for sparking his interest in theater with their expertly crafted shows over the years.
Jairo Montalvo (Census, Rash, Grief, Small Thing)This is his first time working on a play. He likes to learn and practice acting to practice for his acting career. Also, he likes exercising his body to stay healthy. Jairo Montalvo has done 3 Acting Classes in Seattle Central Community College. And he would like to give his thanks to his Instructor, Shelley Douma, for helping him get this far in his journey to become an actor.
Jommel Jun Desamparado Pastores (Recluse, God's Voice, Star, Climate, Decision, The Child Who Didn't Know Pain)Dramatic from birth, Jommel came out the womb a seasoned actor in his own opinion. It wasn’t until he gained the lead role in The Actor’s Nightmare in his senior year for his school’s Fall productions did his career truly come to fruition. This will be his second involvement in the theater having a role in the third and sixth acts, as well as providing his graphical and artistic skills, of which he has a distinct passion for. When Jommel has time outside of drawing and creating, he enjoys baking and playing video games, most notably Pokémon. Jommel also thanks his family, who have supported and encouraged Jommel to pursue his goals and ambitions, and loves him as deeply as he does to them as well.
Kai Collins (Census, Torture, Sleep, Remote, God, Shrink, Chinese Poetry, Manic, Fate)In “Love and Information,” I am an actor and set designer. I’ve been in a couple of plays before and have always enjoyed theater. I’m most passionate about music, I love to sing and play instruments. I am also an advocate for the LGBTQ+ Community. Working on this play has been a lot of fun thanks to everybody who has worked on it, especially Shelley (our director)!
Kai Southard (Irrational, Terminal, The Child Who Didn't Know Sorry, Guitar)While having little experience with theatre, Kai (He/Him) is looking forward to working on his first play. Kai would like to thank each everyone who is working on this play for being great fun, as well as thanking Shelley Douma for being an excellent acting teacher/director. And a special thanks to his father, Jeff Southard for suggesting he take up acting.
Kemp Peterson (Schizophrenic, Spies, Recluse, Censor, Wife, Earthquake)Kemp Peterson, who is in the midst of changing careers and hasn't graced a stage since the aughts, has previously performed roles including Don Magnifico in Cenerentola and The Sheriff/Preacher in Bat Boy: The Musical. Kemp is delighted to be sharing the stage with such wonderful people, and is making his Seattle debut.
Liz Waller (Mother, Memory House)Lizzy is thrilled to be both performing and working in 'Love and Information'! This marks her first involvement with SCC Performing Arts. She would like to thank all her friends and family for their unwavering support and to the audience for their continued love for theatre. Enjoy the show!
Nguyen “Anne” Tran (Lost Key Person)Nguyen has loved plays and musicals since 2018 and always wanted to participate in a play production but it was not that popular in her country. So as an international and a second years student in SCC she now has an opportunity in working on a play and planned to contribute as much knowledge as she can to the stage layout. She thanked the actors and everyone that was involved in the production, who have been all amazing and did their best in rehearsal and building up the play.
Paul Krumbein (Torture, Sleep, Remote, Maths, Sex, Children, Chinese Poetry, Grief, Fate, Virtual)Paul began his acting career doing Shakespeare (rather badly) in elementary school. While not performing in many plays, he has kept up and refined his skills by quoting films, developing witty comebacks, and voice-acting for the amusement of his friends. Finally returning to the stage after about 5 years away, Paul hopes to show you that he has not atrophied over time. He would like to thank his parents for both their support and love of repeating things from TV, his friends for their critiques and community, and anyone who he lost along the way.

Rachael Short (Fired, Message, Grass, Wedding Video)Rachael has called Seattle home for her whole life, although she's travelled all over and hopes to do so much more in the future. In the last two years, she acted in Seattle Central's spring play, A Night in the Atrium, which was her first play since elementary school, and Zombie Summer Holiday, which was her first time facing zombies. When she’s not acting, she loves taking walks with her dog, Lily, browsing her local library, cloudgazing, and writing poetry. She would like to thank her family for their encouragement and support. She'd also like to thank Shelley and Abbey for making this play possible, with their passion and dedication. Finally, thanks to the cast and crew for making this such a fun and memorable experience.
Vrindha (Secret, Fan, Lab, Maths, Rash, Children, Facts)Vrindha, a model and dancer, is making her acting debut in Love and Information. She started dancing at the age of four and has learnt a variety of forms, post covid she started modeling for notable brands and designers in India. She has a lot of talents up her sleeve including event management, hosting, marketing, singing and teaching, she is now hoping that theatre is going to be another feature in her cap while she starts her drama career as a part of this production.
