SVPA is holding open auditions for the high-energy musical, Annie. We're seeking passionate performers—actors, singers, and dancers—to bring this inspiring story to life. Whether you're a seasoned pro or taking the stage for the first time, we want to see what you've got! We're looking for a diverse cast of all ages (6 and up) Based on the popular comic strip by Harold Gray, has become a worldwide phenomenon and was the winner of seven Tony Awards, including Best Musical. The beloved book and score by Tony Award winners, Thomas Meehan, Charles Strouse and Martin Charnin, features some of the greatest musical theatre hits ever written, including "Tomorrow."

AUDITION DATES:

• Friday 6/19 6:00pm-9:00pm - Actors All Ages
• Saturday 6/20
  • Kids 1:00pm-3:00pm
  • Adults: 5:00pm - 6:00pm
• Tues 6/23(This date was just changed!) 6:00pm-9:00pm - Callbacks (By request only, please hold time open)

Callback requests will go out in the evening Saturday 6/260. Please keep an eye on your emails.

ACTORS AGES 6-9:

Actors in our younger age group will be asked to Audition Saturday 6/20from 1pm-3pm at Saint Philip's Episcopal Church - 5271 Scotts Valley Dr. Please sign up HERE. Auditioners in this age group will all be taught a song and dance from the show together and be given the chance to audition the song alone, in groups, or not at all. Please bring snacks and water for break time and closed toe shoes for dance! Parents please come in with your children so we can have you sign them in and sign a few forms at the start of auditions 

ACTORS AGES 10+ and Adults

Actors in this category must complete the Audition Form HERE. Please arrive to your 5 minute slot at least 5 minutes early to sign in and keep all callbacks times open. You must prepare an approximately 1 minute cut of any musical (or Disney) song and provide a Karaoke track, there will be a speaker there to use. If the Actor auditioning is a minor we ask parents come with them to sign in as we have forms that will need signatures, if the minor drives themselves we will send the forms home with them and ask they bring them signed to callbacks.
