Mary Grenda
Student DirectorHey mate! Mary Grenda is a junior at SDA, and is super chuffed to be the Student Director for Alice In Wonderland And Back Again. Mary has participated in theater at SDA since she was a freshman, but this is her first time in this position. She is very pleased with the work she and the cast and crew have done! She would like to thank Hailey and Lucia for giving her countless amounts of tips, she couldn't do it without them. She hopes you thoroughly enjoy this mad show!
Stage Manager
Taylor DennisTaylor is a current senior and is excited to be stage managing for Alice in Wonderland (And Back Again) as it will be her final show here at SDA. She has worked on numerous productions doing tech including Pippin! and Oh Ollie! where she worked on the costume and hair/makeup crew. She was also an ASM for The Play that Goes Wrong, Cabaret Night 2023, and Puffs! When she is not stage managing or acting, you can find her doing photography, making films, or hanging out with friends and family. She is excited for you to see the show!
Lily Lauer
Assistant Set Designer/Scenic Charge ArtistLily is 16 years old and very excited for the opportunity that Alice in Wonderland and Back Again was! Lily was the Assistant set designer and scenic charge artist for this show, and acted as Soldier number 5 and Tweedle Dum. Outside of theatre Lily likes to be with friends and paint.
Lead Carpenter
Jeremiah Kurle-MarcotteJeremiah Kurle-Marcotte is a junior, and this is his sixth SDA theater production. He played Doctor in the 2023 SDA production of Lost Girl, played Cutch in SDA’s production of the Queen's Guard, was Frank Churchill in last semester's production of Emma, and plays Sergei in SDA’s production of Matilda. He was on the set construction crew for the Queen's Guard last year, was lead carpenter for SDA’s miss electricity as well as lighting crew for Lost Girl. He currently plays White Knight and Two of Hearts in SDA's production of Alice in Wonderland (and Back Again). Outside of theater, he enjoys reading, board and video games, and working out. He is very excited to be a part of another SDA show.

Darcy HudsonDarcy Hudson is 18 years old and in the twelfth grade. She is excited to be a Co-Lead Carpenter for Alice. Darcy has also worked to create sets for The Play That Goes Wrong, Puffs, and Emma. She was also the Lead Carpenter for SDA’s production of Matilda. When not working in the scene shop, she enjoys hiking, spending time with her friends, and painting. She is very excited to create a lively set that brings Alice to life with the help of an amazing crew and creative cast.

Skye FenatiSkye Fenati is a 15 year old sophomore at San Dieguito Academy, Alice in Wonderland is his sixth show at the Clayton E. Liggett Theater. He also worked on The SpongeBob Musical, The Queen’s Guard, Emma, Puffs, and Matilda. He is a part of the SDA Thespian Troupe 2196 and enjoys doing anything in the theater, especially building sets and working during shows. He loves spending time with everyone in the theater and is excited to be a part of the show. He cannot wait for you all to see Alice and Wonderland!

Crow JohnsCrow Johns is a senior this year and Alice in Wonderland and Back Again marks their 7th show at SDA. When they aren't doing theater they enjoy hanging out with friends and reading. The past few weeks they’ve been running around backstage ensuring that everything moves and happens as it should. They are super excited for you to see the show they’ve helped create.
Scenic Charge Artist/House Manager
Ella BurnsMariela Burns is a senior this year, Alice and Back Again marks her 8t show at SDA! For the past few weeks she's been helping color the whimsical world of wonderland and training her ushers. From teaching painting techniques to choosing patterns, the scene shop is where she spends most of her time, migrating to the main lobby once show weeks starts. There is so much talent and heart poured into this show and she cannot wait for you to see it!

Kyra BottelbergsKyra Bottelbergs is a 14 year old freshman at SDA. She was born in Belgium and moved here when she was 8. She loves her school and its community! This is her second show at the Clayton E. Liggett Theatre, her first being Matilda. She is so excited to be in Alice in Wonderland & Back Again on painting crew. She cannot wait to once again be able to work with our amazing theater family! When not at school, Kyra enjoys hanging out with her friends, going thrifting, being at the beach, walking her dog, listening to music, and making art!

Shay HebshiShay Hebshi is 17 years old and in 11th grade. Alice in wonderland is her third show at SDA. She also has been on hair and makeup crew for puffs and the play that goes wrong. She has also been in other shows with her middle school and Sophia Isadora Academy of circus arts such as Much Ado About Nothing, Macbeth, and Alice Through the Looking Glass. As well as theater Shay loves doing art, crocheting, listening to music, baking, and hanging out with friends. She is excited to work with the incredible cast and crew on SDA’s production of Alice in Wonderland and Back again.

Leela Hebelleela hebel im 15 years old and i have done matilda play in the painting crew so i ahve experence in painting i love hanging out with my freinds i also love the beach and to swim at the beach i used to play volly ball and triied out for the sda team but i did not make it sadly but next year i will try out again im very freindly i also love to organise and clean so that will be helpful in the painting space

Harry KrylowHarry K. is 18 years old and in the 12th grade. This is Harry’s 1st play with SDA. Harry has been in numerous plays before Alice in Wonderland and back again with various other companies. Some of those plays include Oliver Twist, The Sound Of Music, The Wizard Of Oz, and Into The Woods. When not performing on stage, Harry park skates on quad skates, plays videogames with his friends, and plays guitar, bass, ukulele, writes music, and sings.

Ella RusselElla Russell is 14 years old and in 9th grade. Alice in Wonderland is their second production with the Clayton E. Ligget Theater at SDA, their first show being the latest production, Matilda, which they worked in the painting crew for. When not working in tech, Ella loves hanging out with their friends, painting, thrifting, and listening to music. They are very excited to see this production come together.

Jasper BierJasper Bier is 17 years old and is a Senior. Alice in Wonderland and Beyond is his 12th show at SDA after being in publicity for The Play That Goes Wrong, Spongebob, 2023 Cabaret Night, Puffs and Emma along with acting in the 2022 One Act Festival, The Queens Guard, Emma and Puffs. In his free time he loves to play video games, Watch video essays about his favorite movies and video games along with reading fantasy novels. He is excited to work with this talented cast and crew in bringing this show to life.

Adam CohanAdam is in the ninth grade and is 14 years old. He previously worked on Puffs as a member props crew and on Matilda as an assistant stage manager. Having a theater sister who is graduating this year, Adam is ready to take the mantel of the resident “theater kid.” He is so excited to help build the set of Alice in Wonderland and Back Again as a member of the Set Construction Crew. When not in the theatre, Adam enjoys time with friends, boxing, and playing video games. He cannot wait to work with the wonderful cast and crew of Alice in Wonderland, see you at the show!

Autumn GageAutumn is fifteen years old and is in the ninth grade. Alice in Wonderland and Back Again will be her second show with San Dieguito Academy. She previously worked on Painting Crew for Matilda the Musical. When not working in tech theater, she enjoys playing Field Hockey, Lacrosse, and Water Polo, as well as sketching, painting, and hanging out with her friends. She is so excited to work on Set Construction for Alice in Wonderland with our amazing directors, techies, and actors.

Connor GormanConnor Gorman is a 17 year old junior, and he is proud to be a part of SDA Theater! His first ever production was “The Play That Goes Wrong” at SDA in 2022 as a stage crew member. He was also in the Original One Act Festival as a zombie and an airline manager, as well as “The Queen's Guard” in 2023 as the attendant. Connor’s most recent (and possibly most prominent!) role was as Cedric in “Puffs!” Among other things, Connor enjoys playing music with his band and drawing, and he really hopes everyone enjoys the show!

Dominik KoeslingDominik is very excited to be in this production of Alice in Wonderland. He is 18 is years old and is in 12th grade.This is his second semester in Technical Theater. He has also done tech for Ovation Theater's Peter Pan and Into the Woods. When he's not helping with tech he likes to read books and hang out with his friends. He is super excited to be apart of this next production with SDA.

Maya WiemannMaya Rose Wiemann is 14 years old and in 9th grade. She's been in multiple local productions since she was 6! She is very excited to do more productions with SDA both on stage and off. Not only does Maya do acting but she's also a dancer, currently her favorite styles are Tap & Hip Hop! When she’s not acting or dancing she loves traveling, watching Percy Jackson, spending time with friends and family, and going to Universal Studios! Maya is a huge fan of Alice in Wonderland and is super excited to work with this amazing cast and crew!

Eden EnglishEden English is 16 years old and is in the 10th grade. Eden is an actress, model and runs a clothing brand called Sea Of Seven. In this production of Alice in Wonderland And Back Again, she is super excited to play Another Bird, A Juror, and The Red Queen. She is also the Props manager. Eden has acted in the One Acts, done sound for the 24-hour play, been Publicity manager for Puffs, and was on publicity crew for TPTGW. She hopes you all enjoy the show!

Bryn MorrisonBryn Morrison is 15 years old and in the tenth grade. Alice in Wonderland and Back Again is her third production with SDA theatre. She has also appeared in Puffs as costume crew, and in the 2022 One Acts Festival. When not onstage or backstage she loves hanging out with friends, reading, painting, and writing. She is very excited to not just appear as the Dormouse but to also work props for such a variety of scenes all in one play.

Maya WiltgenMaya Wiltgen is a 14 year old ninth grader. She's worked in the previous production Matilda the Musical as a co-director of Makeup and Hair. Maya enjoys creative activities and gained interest in Technical Theatre because of hearing about it from a friend. Since it’s her first time in a theatre class, she loves learning about all the meticulous parts to make a show succeed.

Kieran PeacockKieran Peacock is 17 and in his senior year here at SDA. Alice in Wonderland and Back Again marks his 9th show with the SDA theater. His most recent productions include Matilda, Emma, Puffs, and 42nd Street. He is excited to be designing both the lights and projections for this show. When not hiding from people in the booth, he enjoys playing D&D, chasing small rabbits that wear waistcoats, getting beheaded, and snicker-snacking with my vorpal blade.

Ben KoeslingBen is 18 years old and is in 12th grade. Alice in Wonderland will be the 4th and final show he techs for at SDA. He has also done many shows for Ovation Theater which include Footloose, All Shook up, Something Rotten, Curtains, Addams Family, Into the Woods, The Phantom of the Opera, and Peter Pan. Outside of theater, Ben likes to read and hang out with his friends. He would like to thank his parents for also supporting him in theater.

Ainsley PeacockAinsley (freshman) is 14 years old and excited to be working with the lighting family for the final show of the year! Ainsley has been part of Puffs, Emma, and Matilda here at SDA and is so excited to work on Alice! In addition to the big shows here, Ainsley has been part of One Acts and the 24 hour play! Ainsley is excited to continue working with lighting for the next few years!

Liam WalshLiam Walsh is 18 and a senior at San Dieguito Academy. He cannot wait to be a part of the lighting crew for Alice in Wonderland. This will be his fifth time being in an SDA production working with lights and sadly will be his last production at SDA. In his free time, Liam loves reading, being with friends, looking at the stars, and sculpting. He is especially grateful to be able to be a part of the lighting team and hopes you enjoy the performance!

Ashe LingenfelterAshe Lingenfelter (Senior) is the Sound Designer for Alice in Wonderland. This marks their 8th stage production, also working on Pippin, Oh, Ollie!, The Spongebob Musical, The Queens Guard, Puffs, Emma, and Miss Electricity. Maxine McCartyMaxine McCarty is on sound for Alice in Wonderland for the very first time. She was a makeup/hair designer for Matilda and has been in 2 other shows at SDA, "Puffs" and"Emma." Shes worked on Lighting, costume, and makeup crew before. She hopes you enjoy the show and if there is a sound error it is most likely her fault! <3

Avalon BarnardAvi Barnard is 15 years old and in 10th grade. This is her fifth production here at SDA and her first-time Co-Designing. She loved the experience of creating Wonderland’s eclectic and whimsical costumes for the actors and the audience and interacting with so many great actors and techies. She’s also so grateful for the opportunity to learn and create with the coolest co-designer (and friend), Elena Fessenden. She hopes you enjoy the show!!! :)

Elena FessendenElena Fessenden is 16, and in 11th grade. Alice In Wonderland (And Back Again) is her seventh production at SDA, and her fifth time working on costumes. She is thrilled to be co- Costume Designer alongside the amazing Avi Barnard. She is so grateful to have this opportunity, especially on such a wonderful show. Outside of SDA’s theatre, she is involved in the La Jolla Playhouse Teen Council, and loves reading, fashion, art, and animals. Addi DavidsonAddi Davidson is a 16 year old and she's in the tenth grade. She first started theater in fifth grade, when she took an acting camp. She also played several rolls in elementary school, such as Glinda, the Good Witch of the North, and the nurse in the Outsiders. She hadn't really been into theater until eighth grade, where she played King Triton, costumed for The Little Mermaid, costumed for The Play That Goes Wrong, acted in SDA's one acts, and costumed for the twenty four hour play. When not on stage, she enjoys creative writing, reading, hanging out with friends, and doodling. She's very excited to be doing tech and acting on stage. She joined theater because she likes the people in theater. They're always really nice and creative people. She's really honored to be a part of the production.

Juli KolbJuli is currently a senior at SDA! Juli’s participation in her Acting One class her junior year was the first spark to her fire. Additionally, Juli has been dancing since the age of three, has had multiple encounters with various art genres, and has had numerous opprotunitinties to express her interests in film production. On top of this, Juli has had an interest in costume design, sewing, and creative activities since before she can remember. Juli is hoping that this opportunity in Drama Production will further her interests in production, acting, and putting together a show!

When not performing on stage, Sierra loves hanging out with her friends, playing music, watching TV, and dancing. Eren ShannonEren Shannon is 16 and now in the costume department of SDA's theater program. She is super excited to learn the ropes and gain new experiences along the way. Eren was previously in the Publicity department and helped shows like Matilda The Musical, become known and watched by the students here at school. In her free time, Eren enjoys learning and teaching martial arts, painting, singing, and learning various instraments.

Kennedy Virgin-RappKennedy Virgin-Rapp is 15 years old and super excited to see another production come to life. This will be her second production at San Dieguito High school. She previously worked on Matilda The Musical in the costumes department and will be doing the same now! Olivia AdaoOlivia Adao is 16 years old and a sophomore at SDA. This is her 4th show at SDA, having recently played Megan Jones in Puffs. Other shows she's been in include Into the Woods, Mean Girls, The Spongebob Musical, The Lion King, Our Town, The Little Mermaid, and more. Theater is her all-time favorite hobby, but when she's not performing, she loves dressing up, doing tarot card readings, hanging out with friends, and looking at the moon! She is so excited to be playing the Duchess and designing the Hair and Makeup for this marvelous show!

Emme MolonEmme Molon is 15 years old and a freshman at SDA. She is very excited for you all to see Alice in Wonderland. Alice in Wonderland marks her second full production here at SDA. Some of her credits include Puffs, One Acts, and 24-hour play. She enjoys both acting and tech at SDA and is excited to continue in the program! Emme also enjoys reading, hanging out with her friends and dogs, and watching TV or movies in her free time if she gets any. She is super excited to show you her art and hopes you enjoy the show!

Piper HaskettPiper Haskett is a 17 year old senior participating in her final year at San Dieguito Academy's Theatre program. Her first role was Parker Salmons in Sibling Satire which was online for her freshman year. It wasn't until her Junior year that she rejoined SDA's theatre after her love for acting was reignited when she was casted as Lily in "The Mechanicals". From that Piper has been in PUFFS as publicity crew, props crew in the 24 hour play, and now the Queen of Hearts and publicity manager in Alice in Wonderland and Back. She's so grateful to have met everyone. "I hope I went out with a bang, have fun without me ya'll, love ya'll <3"

Bri RoweBri Rowe is 15 years old, a sophomore at SDA, and is incredibly thrilled to be a part of Alice in Wonderland and back again! Other than Alice, Bri has been a part of 5 other productions at SDA, including Matilda, Puffs, The Queen's Guard, SpongeBob the Musical, and The Play That Goes Wrong! Outside of school, Bri has done productions with North Coast Repertory Theatre, La Jolla Playhouse, and many other local industries and commercials. When she is not in the theater, Bri loves to draw, roller skate, crochet, write, waterboard, and take care of her two venus fly traps. Bri is so excited for this wonderful opportunity and acts with so many incredible actors no matter how mad they all are!

Erik Solano-MendezErik Solano is 17 years old in the twelfth grade. He first appeared as “Chris” in “Double Date Debacle” during the One Act Festival in Acting I. During the production of Puffs, he was only working with the Publicity team. Now, he will be playing as the White Rabbit/Conductor, and helping with the Publicity team for the show Alice in Wonderland (and back again). When he is offstage, Erik loves to hang out with friends, and go to the gym. He is very thrilled/excited to be on stage with his lovely “cast-mates”, and stage directed by Mary Grenda.

Kai BunyakKai Bunyak is 16 years old and a Sophomore, and they are thrilled to be making their SDA theatre debut! At SDA, they have helped the tech teams in The Spongebob Musical and The Queen’s Guard, and they hope to be involved with many more. They have been acting at the North Coast Repertory Theater for over 4 years, in shows including Much Ado About Nothing, Frankenstein, and As You Like It, and their love for theatre goes even further back. In their free time, Kai enjoys practicing Comedy Sportz, playing Dungeons & Dragons, and reading Shakespeare. They hope you enjoy the delightful madness of Alice in Wonderland!
