Anything Goes Sneak Peek Cast

Scout Hoppas (she/her) is in the 12th grade and feels so honored to be playing Reno in her final high school production, Anything Goes. Previous SDA shows she has been a part of include Our Town (Rebecca), The Little Mermaid (Scuttle), Matilda (Lavender), and Puffs (Sally). Scout would like to thank Ms. Siers for this opportunity along with the amazing cast and crew who have made this production such a positive experience. She hopes you get a kick out of the show!

Aidan McCarty is 16 years of age and in his junior year. He has participated in numerous SDA productions such as Puffs playing Wayne Hopkins, Matilda playing Mr.Wormwood, Macbeth running the sound board, The Little Mermaid playing Prince Eric, The Outsiders playing Derry, and Our Town playing George Gibbs. Although acting is his passion, Aidan spends his time outside of the theater writing films, watching movies and tv shows, playing video games or D&D, and learning card tricks. Aidan is incredibly excited to perform in the role of Billy Crocker and hopes to put on an enjoyable show.

Olivia Adao is 18 years old and a senior at SDA. Some of her previous shows include Into the Woods, Suessical, The Little Mermaid, Cinderella, The SpongeBob Musical, Our Town, Clue, The Bookstore, Macbeth, Alice in Wonderland (and back again), The Lion King, and many others! She’s used to playing antagonists, so she is extremely excited to be able to spread her wings with this new character! Outside of theater, Olivia loves dressing up, going to antique malls, and admiring the moon!

Kai Bunyak (they/them) is 18 and feels so lucky to perform in Anything Goes for their final High School Musical. Kai has featured in SDA roles such as the Stage Manager in Our Town, Roland in Swords for Hire, Sebastian in The Little Mermaid, Macbeth in Macbeth, and the Mad Hatter and Tweedledee in Alice in Wonderland. When not onstage, they can be found making stuff up with the Comedy Sportz improv team, or fighting monsters with the D&D club. They hope you have hot pants for our show!

Grey Kolman is 17 years old and a junior at San Dieguito Academy. This is his tenth production! He recently played Simon Stimson in SDA's Our Town. Some of his favorite roles have been Troy Bolton in High School Musical and its sequel, Antonio in Much Ado About Nothing, and Damian Hubbard in Mean Girls. He is the founder and president of the Glee Club, as well as a member of Comedy Sportz. In his free time, he can be found drawing or playing with his cats. He would like to thank his sibling, Thyme, and his dad.

Carlin Smith is delighted to be in their final SDA production! They are serving as SDA's Thespian Public Relations Officer this year. Other credits include: Little Mermaid (Flounder), The Bookstore (Candace), The Outsiders (Sodapop), High School Musical (Troy), Addams Family (Lucas), Matilda (Bruce), Peter Pan (Slightly Soiled), and Urinetown (Officer Barrel). Carlin's deepest thanks go to the extraordinary cast, crew, and creative team. They hope you enjoy the show!

Tyler Duran is 18 years old. He enjoys theater, and you might have seen him in roles such as Dallas in Outsiders, Pilot in The Little Mermaid, Ross in Macbeth, Anthony in The Bookstore, Rudolpho in Matilda, and Voldy in Puffs. He enjoys going to the gym, playing ttrpgs, and underwater hockey. He sincerely hopes you enjoy the show!

Sierra Porter is 18 years old and in the twelfth grade. Anything Goes marks her 10th stage production with San Dieguito Academy. She was also in their productions of The SpongeBob Musical, The Queens Guard, Puffs, Alice in Wonderland (And Back Again), The Bookstore, Macbeth, The Little Mermaid, The Outsiders, and Our Town. She has also performed numerous shows with other local theater companies. When not performing on stage, Sierra loves hanging out with her friends, playing the flute, and roller skating. She is very excited to be on stage with an outstanding cast and directed again by Mrs Siers.

Max Taylor is a 17 years old senior at SDA. He has been a part of a few shows including, Swords For Hire, as Edmund/The King, The Outsiders as set construction, and a small role as an extra, One Week One Acts, as Betty Butter, and Anything Goes as Captain//set construction for his final show. Outside of theater, Max enjoys playing guitar, drawing, driving, and watching movies. His favorite food right now is poki.

George Baird is in twelfth grade, and is thrilled to play the Purser in Anything Goes! He is enjoying his fourth year in theatre-- and has been in Puffs, Matilda, The Bookstore, Macbeth, and The Outsiders with SDA, as well as The Prom and Chicago with Ovation Theatre. He is also the president in SDA’s competitive improv team, Comedy Sportz! He is honored to be a part of such a great cast and crew for his last show, and hopes you enjoy Anything Goes!

incoln Carlin is 16 years old and in the eleventh grade. You may have seen him in previous SDA shows like Puffs, The Little Mermaid and The Outsiders! Outside of the theater, Lincoln is part of Comedy Sportz and Icebreakers, loves baking, listening to music, and calling his friends on the phone! Lincoln's favorite animal is a duck! Quack! Quack!

Katherine is 18 years old, and a senior in high school. Anything Goes is her Eleventh SDA production. She has also done musicals outside of school for the past two years with Ovation Theatre, participating in The Prom (2024) and Chicago (2025). Katherine has been a part of the Comedy Sportz club at SDA for the past two years, learning the importance of laughter with her friends. When she isn’t in the Clayton E. Liggett Theatre, you can find her painting with all mediums, reading heavy books, or thrifting for lost treasures.

Ainsley Elsner is 18 years old and in her Senior year here at SDA. Shes been on stage in numerous productions with SDA, including Matilda as Alice/Dance Captain, The Bookstore as Kim, The Little Mermaid as Andrina/Seagull/Dance Captain, and Our Town as Mrs. Soames. Ainsley loves to bake, spend time with friends, and watch movies. She's thrilled to have you at this production of Anything Goes and hopes you enjoy her final production here at SDA!

Bri Rowe is 17 years old, a senior at SDA, and is incredibly stocked to be a part of Anything Goes! Bri has previously been a part of 11 other productions at SDA, including Our Town, The Outsiders, The Little Mermaid, MacBeth, The Bookstore, Alice in Wonderland and back again, Matilda, Puffs, The Queen's Guard, SpongeBob the Musical, and The Play That Goes Wrong! Outside of school, Bri has done productions with North Coast Repertory Theater, La Jolla Playhouse, and many other local industries and commercials. When not in the theater, Bri loves to draw, play guitar, crochet, write, wake-board, and talk about anything shark related! Bri is so excited for this wonderful opportunity and is absolutely thrilled to sail the seas with the rest of the cast and crew one last time!

Maya Wiemann is 17 years old and in 11th grade. She’s been a part of many shows at SDA and other local theatre productions since she was 6 years old. Some of her credits include The Outsiders (Cherry), Chicago with Ovation Theatre (dance captain & ensemble), and The Little Mermaid (Hair & Makeup Designer). Maya is also a dancer who has been trained in a wide range of styles since she was 4. Outside of theatre Maya works as a dance teacher at her studio, is on the SDA dance team, she loves to journal, and she spends a lot of time with family and friends.

Sofia Serrano is 17 years old and in the 11th grade. Anything Goes makes her 7th production at SDA while previously appearing in, The Little Mermaid, Bookstore, 24 Hour Play, Open Mic Nights, and One Acts. When not performing, Sofia loves spending time with family and friends, going to the beach, being Co-Vice President of the Icebreakers Club, and training at Project Performer as a member of the competitive singing team. She would like to thank Mrs Siers, Pam, Chloe, the entire creative team, the cast, and crew for their hard work in making this show amazing! Prepare to set sail and enjoy the show!

Julia Caliri is 16 years old and a junior here at SDA. From a Mersister in 𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘓𝘪𝘵𝘵𝘭𝘦 𝘔𝘦𝘳𝘮𝘢𝘪𝘥 to Costume Designer for the 𝘖𝘯𝘦 𝘞𝘦𝘦𝘬 𝘖𝘯𝘦 𝘈𝘤𝘵 𝘍𝘦𝘴𝘵𝘪𝘷𝘢𝘭, she loves spending time in the theater both on and off stage. Outside of theatre at SDA, Julia loves baking delicious treats, ballet, and sewing lots of cute clothes! She’s so excited for another year of SDA theater, and can’t wait to perform as an Angel with this incredibly talented cast of peers under the direction of Mrs. Siers.

Aliya Laffler is a 17-year-old junior and is so excited to be in Anything Goes, her first SDA musical! Some of her recent credits included Marty in Grease, Little Sally in Urinetown, and Elle Woods in Legally Blonde. Jeffrey Hammel is 17 years old, and is in the 11th grade. He is very excited to be in his first SDA show as a Sailor in Anything Goes! He’s done numerous shows with community theatre companies including Junior Actors Company, Star Theatre, and Oceanside Theatre Company! He is a huge fan of movies, and loves to hangout with his friends! He also wants to say thank you for seeing this amazing show!

Dylan Curry is 15 years old and in the ninth grade. This is his second show at SDA, with his first being The Outsiders as Randy Anderson. Dylan is very active in the theater community and has high hopes to continue to become even more involved. Dylan is currently a Thespian member, as he loves to act, and his favorite thing to do is socialize.

Carlo Quijano is 17 years old and a Senior in High school. You may have seen him previously in other SDA shows such as The Bookstore as Machina Rodgers, Swords for Hire as the Harold's, The Outsiders as Two-Bit, and Our Town as Mr.Webb! Outside of theater, Carlo occupies himself with a variety of hobbies such as music making, drawing and painting, making random props, he loves to game, and enjoying the nights out with friends.

Anything Goes is Adam Cohan’s eleventh show with SDA theater, and his fourth time being an assistant stage manager. Along with his role backstage, he is also performing on stage, and you may have previously seen him as Sven in The Bookstore or Doctor Gibbs in Our Town. Outside of theater he is the co-president of the Media Analysis Club and in the time he has at home he enjoys listening to his records, reading, sketching, and playing video games with friends. He really hopes you enjoy Anything Goes!

Skye Fenati is a 17 year old senior, Anything Goes is his 13th show at the Clayton E. Liggett Theater. He is the SDA Thespian’s treasurer and enjoys doing anything in the theater, especially set construction and run crew. When he's not in the theater he loves hanging out with his friends, sketching, and drinking boba. He is super excited for this show, and cannot wait for everyone to see it!

Avery Arentz is 16 years old. She has done work in previous SDA shows, like set construction crew for The Bookstore, and The Outsiders, and house crew for The Little Mermaid and Swords For Higher . She has also participated in the One Week One Acts in 2025 and 2026. Outside of theater she spends her time watching movies, reading, writing and hiking.

Alexandra Bucchare is 17 years old and in 11th grade. You may have seen her last year in SDA's production of The Little Mermaid or in many other shows, specifically with Junior Actors Company. Alexandra has been acting as long as she can remember, acting in her first commercial at 5. She started doing musicals at the beginning of 3rd grade, and has been doing 4 a year almost every year since.

Eliza Hadley is a 16 year old sophomore. She was on the costume crew for The Outsiders and the 2025 One Week One Acts. She acted in last year's Original One Act Festival as Vivian, and in the 2026 One Week One Acts as Ivy Peacelovenwoods earlier this year. She is very excited to have more acting roles, as she has previously done mostly tech, and is especially excited to work with all of the wonderful people in both the musical and tech theatre classes. Outside of theatre, Eliza loves to watch movies (especially Star Wars), go thrifting, and hang out with friends. She hopes you enjoy the show!

Lilly Huntress is 17 years old and a senior at SDA. This marks her seventh production here and her fourth full length show! You may have seen her as Marie in Swords for Hire: A Swashbuckling Adventure, or Joe Stoddard in Our Town. She has also previously designed the set of Swords for Hire and The Outsiders. Outside of theater, Lilly loves painting, reading, designing, and crafting of all sorts. She can't wait for you to see her final production at San Dieguito Academy!

Alanna Kumagai is 17 years old and a senior. Previously, she has taken part in earlier SDA productions like The Play That Goes Wrong (set construction crew), The Little Mermaid, The Bookstore as Alexis, Puffs as Susie Bones, Spongebob the Musical, The Outsiders (student director), and Our Town as Emily Webb (and set construction crew). Outside of the theater, Alanna loves music, helping out with JNHS, and spending time with friends.

Lyla McKay is a 17 year old Junior at SDA. She has been a part of the previous productions of Our Town, The OutSiders, and Swords For Hire. She has partaken in both acting as well as technical work for the costume team. Outside of theater she enjoys reading, doing art, and hanging out with her friends and pets.

Lucinda Rothman is a junior at San Dieguito Academy. Anything Goes will be her 6th production at SDA. She has acted in Sleepover, Monopoly, Swords for Hire, and Tales from P.P.'s Grave, as well as been on Makeup and Hair Crew for Puffs. Along with SDA, Lucinda has been in numerous productions with local theater companies. Some other hobbies she enjoys include dance, swimming, and taking her dog for walks. She is very excited for the dance numbers in this show and she hopes you enjoy the performance as much as she does!

Layla Roumell is 17 years old and in the eleventh grade. You may have seen her in previous SDA shows like Swords for Hire as Lady Shayla, and in Our town as Sam Craig. She has also participated in many other musicals outside of SDA theater and enjoys painting, singing, and hanging out with friends. She is very grateful to be a part of this fun experience and getting closer to her fellow thespians! :)

Rain Tautges is 18 years old and currently in the twelfth grade. You may have seen them in a previous small show from the one-acts called Total Drama - One Chance as Gwen. Outside of the theater, Rain enjoys various hobbies such as sewing, singing, art, and voice acting! Fun fact, their favorite show is My Little Pony. Rain is super excited for everyone to see the show! Everyone in the theater is working super hard to make sure it's a hit!

Valerie Thompson is 17 and is in 11th grade. This is her first acting role in an SDA production, but she was a member of the costume crew for The Outsiders. She also did a lot of theater outside of school including Mrs. Harcourt/Sailor (Anything Goes), Madame de la Grande Bouche (Beauty and the Beast), Gargoyle (Hunchback of Notre Dame), featured ensemble (Mean Girls), snug/sad little egg (Something Rotten), coach (descendants the musical), and many more. Outside of theater, she's a member of the drama club and she loves to draw characters. Hope you enjoyed the show:)

Ella Tolliver is 17 years old and in the twelfth grade. This is the second production she has acted in at SDA. She had previously acted in the One Acts her freshman year, however, she has helped with Hair and Makeup for many SDA productions such as Puffs, Emma, 24 Hour Play, The Bookstore, and The Outsiders. Outside of theater, Ella enjoys hanging out with friends, photography, and writing.
