Kaiana Anderson (The Narrator)Kaiana Anderson (The Narrator) has been acting for four years. She acts for Sahuaro's Advanced Theater and her community theater, Valley of the Moon. At Sahuaro she has played Frank/Thisbe in The Dream and Rebecca Nurse in The Crucible.
Tyler McNeal (The Detective)Tyler’s previous experience includes Demetrius in “The Dream” and Danforth in “The Crucible.” He is excited to be a part of such a uniquely-styled show and has enjoyed working with his fellow cast members in the production of “You’ve Ruined a Perfectly Good Mystery!” He can’t wait for his audience to be a part of it too!
Kaleb Sullivan Villa (The Doctor)Kaleb Sullivan Is a sophomore in high school. This is his 4th Sahuaro show; he previously starred in The Frog Prince, Zombie! and The Crucible. He is extremely excited to play the Doctor in You’ve Ruined a Perfectly Good Mystery. He can’t wait to see how the audience changes the play with the chose your own adventure aspect of the story
Hailey Shryock (Lady Kathrine Damsil-Indistrez)This is Hailey's second year in Theatre and her third ever role in a play. She was previously seen as the heroine Helena in The Dream, and the villainess Abigail Williams in Sahuaro’s production of The Crucible. Hailey is in her Senior year at Sahuaro Highschool and is very excited to be starting her final year off with a bang! While Hailey does not have an extensive background in theatre, she was raised on stage in the form of dance rez citals, band concerts, and magic shows. Hailey has been a competitive dancer since the age of 4; her favorite styles are, of course, musical theatre and Broadway tap. She is Drum Major of the Sahuaro Highschool marching band and has been playing the flute since elementary school. Hailey’s parents are also performers in the art of illusion; they are professional magicians and have traveled the world performing magic shows for large audiences. Whenever there they put on a magic show in town, they even let Hailey contribute as a magician’s assistant. She can’t wait to seize this opportunity and continue to express herself in a new art form.
Calen Pototski (Iago von Evilton)
Giovanni Davis (Tough Guy MCGee, et al )Giovanni Davis is relatively new actor when it comes to plays. His roles will be Guard, Guy Incognito, Tough Guy Magee, Ennui Sacrebleu and The Associate. This will be his second play after a 3-year break. From an 8th grader at Magge Middle School to now a Jr at Sahuaro High School. He enjoys the twist of letting the audience choose what path the Detective and Doctor on.
Sophia Yanez (Maid, Nancy Drew, et al.)Sophia (The Maid, Nancy Drew, and ensemble) is a Sophomore in drama. Her previous experience has been in "The Dream" "The Crucible" and has been doing theatre since she was 9. She has always had a passion for theatre and loves to watch musicals and plays in her spare time. Her favorite shows are Hamilton, In the Heights, and West Side Story. Her dream role is to be Maria in West Side Story.
James Pope (Lord Larry Indiztrez)James Pope is his last year with advance theatre and since his freshmen year. He came along way from being a shy kid to becoming a loud bond actor. This will be his 2nd year with Mr. Y and will be his last year at Sahuaro . He played Mustard Seed in the The Dream, and he played Willard in the The Crucible.
Mina "Marsh" Bakker (Pennyworth, et al.)Marsh (Pennyworth, et al.) has been in theatre all 4 years of high school, having been in plays like Canned Hamlet as Polonius and The Crucible as Ann Putnam. He is also a publisher for the theater, posting on shstheateradv on Instagram.
