Award-winning, inclusive, educational, and creative, RLHS Theatre has been a part of Round Lake High School since 1956.  Major annual productions include a fully-staged straight play performed in November and a musical performed in May.  The Ghostlight Readers Theatre program performs readings of a wide variety of plays throughout the year.  Our students also take part in Chicago Shakespeare Theater’s annual Shakespeare Slam. 

RLHS Theatre is a co-curricular program.  Round Lake High School offers a semester-long, general theatre studies course (Introduction to Theatre Arts), as well as several other semester-long courses in acting, stagecraft, and theatre production.
