Our Mission:

The RVSB is a 501©3 organization whose mission is to contribute positively to the cultural environment in the Rogue Valley through public performances of wind band literature while providing an enjoyable, challenging, and educational musical experience for its members.

Our Vision:

To foster the love of music, improve our musicianship, grow our band diversity, and enlighten, entertain, and inspire our audience while remaining financially stable.

Our Goals:

>Foster relationships with Rogue Valley school music programs to spread the love of music and offer opportunities for students to interface with our band to help develop a life-long appreciation of music.

>Build our audience base through diverse programming, innovative marketing, and community relevance and accessibility.

>Ensure a diverse and talented band membership.

>Be active collaborators, inviting guest soloists, composers, and conductors to work with us.

>Offer exciting and unique programs with fun elements, collaborations with other art forms, and commissioned works.
