Hometown Opera Company presents "Apricity: the Warmth of Sun in Winter"
Come enjoy the beautiful combination of music and poetry  by Debussy, Liszt, Schubert and Schumann.
Each composer will be highlighted with a performance by the Campion String Quartet, and a selection of solo or ensemble art songs. These songs were chosen by the singer, and have brought each of us light and hope. We hope you can all enjoy a moment of "Apricity"!

Hometown Opera Company is a group of singers in Rochester and surrounding areas who love opera and love sharing it with others. We create musical projects, partner with existing creatives, and provide a positive and supportive community for opera singers. 

Since our debut concert in February of 2023 we have performed for area events like summer festivals, parties and gatherings, and have organized and hosted an educational workshop for students. We have several exciting projects in the works for 2024 and beyond!
