The Outsiders Cast

Jack Bruno (Sodapop Curtis)
Jack is thrilled to be back on the stage at RHS for his second fall drama playing Sodapop. He has previously appeared at Robbinsville High School in The Wedding Singer (George) and in Almost, Maine (Randy). In middle school, Jack performed in the PRMS production of Frozen Jr. (Kristoff), as well as High School Musical Jr. (Troy Bolton) with the Robbinsville Performing Arts Program . Jack is also proud to be known as the “Boy of the E-Wing” and appeared in Scuba Lessons as Dan Lanzetta, directed by RHS alumni Ekansh Mohley. Around the E-Wing, Jack participates in the RHS Choir and sings as a bass in the Tenor-Bass Choir. Outside of school, he enjoys playing baseball, watching movies, and spending time with his awesome friends and family. He would like to thank his friends and family for their support in preparing for this role, his fellow cast members for always being there for him, and the crew and production team who make this show as awesome as it is. Shankha Chaudhuri (Randy)
Shankha is extremely pleased to be participating in The Outsiders. Having appeared in Heartwood, Almost Maine,  and Clue, he is glad to have this show as his fourth appearance. In his free time, Shankha likes to read and play the piano. He would like to thank his parents for supporting him in his endeavors.
Rhiannon Clonan (Soc)
Rhiannon is so excited to be part of her second Fall Drama as a sophomore! Before this, you might have seen her in The Wedding Singer (Featured Dancer),  Almost, Maine (Villian),  Matilda Jr. (Featured Dancer), Frozen Jr. (King Aggnar, Dance Captain), and various improv/drama club cabarets. Recently, she attended the AMDA Summer Musical Theatre Conservatory. Off stage, she is the Improv Captain in Training for the RHS Improv Club. She would like to thank her family, friends, and the entire production team for everything! She hopes everyone enjoys the show! 
Giancarlo Crapanzano (Ponyboy Curtis)
Giancarlo is thrilled to be playing Ponyboy in The Outsiders during his senior year. You may have previously seen him in The Wedding Singer (Sammy), Almost, Maine (Dave), Chicago (Fred Casely), and Pippin (Ensemble). At school, Giancarlo is a member of Jazz Band, Chamber Choir, Drama Club, Tri-M Music Honor Society, and is a captain of the Improv Club. Outside of school, he attended the Skidmore Jazz Institute, sings in Central Jersey Regional Choir, and plays bari sax in the Western Connecticut State University Honors Jazz Ensemble under the direction of Jimmy Greene. He is currently studying at the Manhattan School of Music’s pre-college program and performs with the Jazz at Lincoln Center Youth Orchestra in NYC. Giancarlo would like to thank everyone involved in this production, as well as his friends and family for their support.  A special thank you to Mrs. Avellino for believing in him and always offering her unwavering support-it truly means the world.
Lucy Daly (Mrs. Syme/Greaser)
Lucy Daly is so hype to be participating in The Outsiders, her first fall drama at Robbinsville High School. She has otherwise been seen in the select dance ensemble in RHS’s The Wedding Singer, as Rayne Storm in Scuba Lessons (Senior One Acts), and as Joan in The Spotted Lantern (Senior One Acts). Outside (get it?) of theater, Lucy is in the colorguard in the Robbinsville Raven Regiment, is the Social Media Manager for the Drama club, is part of both the Tri-M Music Honors Society and the World Language Honors Society, and is the Choir Librarian/Head Choir Angel in the RHS Choir. Lucy would love to thank the directors and stage managers for helping produce this amazing show, and a special shout out to Ms. Avellino and Mr. Wilson for helping her do both marching band and The Outsiders! :) Lucy hopes that all the audience members love this incredible show that the cast and crew have worked so hard to create, break a leg and enjoy the show!
Ryan Feigenbaum (Greaser)
Ryan is electrified to be a part of his first show at Robbinsville High School as a freshman! Last year at Pond Road Middle School, he was seen in Beauty and the Beast (Lefou). He is so proud of how the amazing cast and crew made this show into what it is today. He would like to thank his family, friends, and the wonderful production team for being with him all the way through. Stay gold!
Auggie Hernandez (Two-Bit Matthews)
Auggie is so happy to be back on the RHS stage performing in The Outsiders! She was previously seen in Almost, Maine (Gayle) and The Wedding Singer. She would like to thank everyone in production and crew for making this show so memorable. She would like to give a special thanks to family and friends for always supporting her and encouraging her. She hopes you love Two-Bit as much as she does!
Kara Huang (Sandy)
Kara Huang is so excited to perform in her first and last fall drama, and she is even more ecstatic that it’s The Outsiders! If you’ve ever been in a five mile radius of Kara, you’ll know that The Outsiders is her favorite thing in the entire world. Over the past few years, you might’ve seen Kara in the ensembles of The Wedding Singer, Chicago, and Pippin. Offstage, she is Secretary of the Drama Club and a member of the RHS Chamber Choir, Tri-M Music Honors Society, and World Language Honors Society. Kara would like to thank the cast, crew, and directors for giving her this awesome experience and opportunity and would also like to formally apologize to all of them for the nonstop Outsiders obsession they’ve had to deal with since April. Sorry guys! A special thank you to Mrs. Avellino for believing in Kara and matching her energy when it comes to this amazing story. Kara hopes that everyone enjoys the show and grows to love it as much as she does. Stay gold
Darsh Jaiswal (Darrel Curtis)
 Darsh Jaiswal is thrilled to be a part of The Outsiders! He has appeared in numerous productions, including Matilda Jr. (Nigel, PRMS 2023), Chicago: Teen Edition (RHS 2024), Almost, Maine (East, RHS 2024), and The Wedding Singer (Glen Guglia, RHS 2025). He also performed in MTI’s Pure Imagination Musical Revue at Kelsey Theatre. Outside the spotlight, Darsh is the dedicated resource manager of the RHS Science Olympiad and secretary of Robbinsville's branch of the Tri-M Music Honors Society. He also sings with the Central Jersey Regional Choir and the New Jersey All-State Choir, and proudly serves as a “Father of the E-Wing.” At RHS, he is also a tenor in the school’s Tenor-Bass choir, The Bowties. Darsh sincerely thanks the production team and stage crew for their guidance, hard work, and support in bringing this show to life.
Suvrath Kesaraju (Bob)
Suvrath is super excited to be part of The Outsiders, this is his first drama in the high school and has previously been a part of Pond Road Middle School’s production of Beauty and The Beast Jr. (Beast). he would like to thank his family and friends for their support alongside the production team for the effort they have put in.
Jade Makkay (Cherry Valance)
Jade is ecstatic to perform in The Outsiders! Previously, you may have seen her in Pippin and Chicago, and as Cyndi Lauper in The Wedding Singer. She would like to thank her family and amazing friends for their endless support. Fourth time’s the charm!
Desmond Marchio (Greaser)
Desmond is thrilled to perform in RHS’s production of The Outsiders! He has made an appearance in multiple shows including The Wedding Singer (Billy Idol) and Frozen Jr. Off stage, he is a participating member of both the Princeton Volleyball Club and the RHS Drama Club. He would also like to thank his family and his friends for supporting him and pushing him to continue to perform. 
Emily Moorcroft (Nurse/Soc)
Emily Moorcroft is thrilled to be performing in her second fall drama, The Outsiders. You might have seen her in last year's production of Almost, Maine (Marvalyn),  and she is so excited to be back again this year performing with her friends. Outside of theater, Emily wrestles for RHS, plays soccer, and enjoys being a part of both Drama and Improv clubs. She would like to thank the directors, stage managers, and crew members for doing such an amazing job of making the show come to life!
Gabrielle Mueller (Doctor/Soc)
Gabrielle Mueller (Doctor, Soc) is so excited to perform in The Outsiders! Her past credits include Beauty and the Beast Jr. (Gaston) and Frozen Jr. (Sven) at Pond Road Middle School and Meet Me In St. Louis at Kelsey Theatre. Gabrielle would like to thank her family for all of their support and everyone in the production for putting so much hard work and dedication into this amazing show!
Amanda Nunez (Dallas Winston)
Amanda is absolutely ecstatic to be playing Dally in The Outsiders for her junior year. Over the past few years, you have seen her work on High School Musical (Kathy, PRMS), Matilda (Mrs. Wormwood, PRMS), and Pure Imagination (Peter Pan, MCCC). At school, you might see her in marching band (Percussion), World Language and Tri-M Music Honors Societies, and Drama and Improv clubs. Amanda would love to thank Mrs. Avellino for giving her the opportunity to play a role she adores. Her biggest thank you goes to the rest of the cast and crew, without whom this show would not be possible. 
Alis Onat (Soc)
Alis is so excited to be in The Outsiders, her first ever RHS production, as a freshman! Outside of acting, Alis is on the RHS girls tennis team, does competitive dance, and plays volleyball. In addition to those activities, she loves reading, listening to music, going on walks, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. Alis is so grateful to have this opportunity and would especially like to thank her mom for all of her love, support, and always being there for her. Alis will also like to thank her dad, aunt, and grandmother for being at every single performance to cheer her on! She also thanks everyone in the production for working so hard during this show. She hopes that everyone enjoys the show just as much as she loved performing in it!
Logan Poprik (Paul)
Logan is excited to make his RHS debut in The Outsiders as a freshman. He enjoys singing with his school choir and playing drums at School of Rock, where he is currently performing in the Bruce Springsteen concert. He is vocally trained by Eileen Cooper Sedek and appeared in Pond Road Middle School’s Beauty and the Beast, Jr. (Monsieur D’Arque, Bookseller) and in Frozen, Jr. Logan thanks the cast, crew, and directors for their hard work and hopes you enjoy the show!
Jonathan Ronen (Johnny Cade/Fight Choreographer)
Jonathan is a senior and can’t believe he’s already at his last RHS Fall Drama! His past credits include The Wedding Singer (Robbie Hart/Dance Captain), Spring Awakening (Hanschen), Clue (Wadsworth), Chicago (Emcee/Dance Captain), Almost, Maine (Chad), The Prom (Kevin/Dance Captain), and Pippin (Pippin). He’s also a Co-Vice Chair of the New Jersey Thespians and captain of the improv club. He extends his love to his family and friends for their endless support throughout his artistic journey and can’t wait to give his last Fall Drama everything he’s got! 
Mimi Salako (Geraldine "Jerry"/Greaser)
Mimi is beyond thrilled to be performing in this year's fall drama, The Outsiders and is so excited to be back on the RHS stage alongside all of her friends. She was previously seen in last year's spring musical of the Wedding Singer at RHS as a featured dancer. Off the stage, Mimi is the Vice President of the Black Culture Club at RHS and enjoys reading, dancing at All for Dance, and spending quality time with her friends and family. She would like to thank her family and friends for their constant love and support and hopes everyone enjoys the show!
Jillian Shenghit (Marcia/Fight Captain)
Jillian is thrilled to be appearing on the Robbinsville High School stage again this year in her third fall drama as a junior! Jillian has most recently been seen on stage in WCP’s Production of Urinetown (Little Sally) and on the RHS stage in The Wedding Singer, Almost, Maine (Glory), Chicago, and Clue (Singing Telegram). She would like to thank the entire cast and crew for such a wonderful experience, as well as the directors and stage managers for making it all possible. She had so much fun working on this production and she hopes you all enjoy the show! Break legs!
Nora Steinberg (Mrs. O'Briant/Soc)
Nora is so excited to be in The Outsiders! You may have seen her on stage last year  in The Wedding Singer, or as a Bachelorette in Almost, Maine. Before that, she performed in Frozen Jr. (Olaf) and Matilda the Musical  Jr. (Michael Wormwood) for Pond Road Middle School. When she’s not performing, Nora loves being a part of choir, reading, listening to music, baking,  and watching movies. She would like to thank her family for being flexible with her rehearsal schedule and always being supportive. She hopes you enjoy the show as much as she enjoys being in it!
Giovanna Vilatoro Taglianeti (Greaser)
Giovanna is so thankful to be a part of The Outsiders production. You may have previously seen her in The Wedding Singer as Ensemble or working behind the scenes to help light up the stage in Almost Maine. Outside of the Theatre department, you may find her playing guitar, playing video games, or singing in the RHS Chamber Choir. Giovanna would like to thank the production team for giving her this opportunity to let her shine on stage. She would also like to thank her parents for putting up with last second time changes and needing a ride, her friends for encouraging her, and her castmates for being kind and welcoming.
