Founding Executive Director, Ripple Effect Artists
Jessie FahayJessie's profound passion for theater, philanthropy, and ethical business practices has shaped her role as the proud Founder and Executive Director of Ripple Effect Artists. From a young age, Jessie was captivated by visceral theater that deeply moves audiences, guided by the philosophy of "We are here to create and contribute. Not Compete." – Robert Anthony. Her diverse accomplishments reflect her dedication to the arts and her commitment to making a meaningful impact. Jessie is a published author and playwright, holding both an MBA in Administration and an MFA in Performance from the Bristol Old Vic. Under her leadership, the company has flourished both artistically and financially. As Executive Director, she oversees all operations and leads productions as lead
producer. Her vision ensures that Ripple Effect Artists remains a vibrant force in the theater world, continuously pushing boundaries and fostering creativity.
In addition to her work with Ripple Effect Artists, Jessie maintains an active resence as an actor, gives TEDx talks, and is continuously a student of life.
