Phillip Ridley
Phillip was born in the vibrant East End of London, is a prolific playwright and acclaimed author. Graduating from St Martin’s School of Art with a focus on painting, Ridley's creative talents extend across multiple mediums. His repertoire includes groundbreaking plays such as "The Pitchfork Disney," "The Fastest Clock in the Universe," "Vincent River," and "Mercury Fur," each pushing the boundaries of storytelling and provoking thought on societal issues. Not confined to the stage, Ridley has also penned novels for children, including "Scribbleboy" and "Krindlekrax," which won prestigious awards like the Smarties Prize and the WH Smith’s Mind-Boggling Books Award. His versatility extends to music, as a member of Dreamskin Cradle, a music group he co-founded with Nick Bicât, producing albums like "Songs from Grimm." As a performance artist, Ridley's readings of his poetry sequence "Lovesongs for Extinct Creatures" captivate audiences with their raw emotion and poignant storytelling. Honored as a Jubilee Playwright by What’s On Stage in 2012, Ridley's impact on British literature and theater is unparalleled. With accolades including the Evening Standard’s Most Promising Newcomer to British Film and Most Promising Playwright Awards, Philip Ridley continues to challenge, inspire, and captivate audiences worldwide with his unparalleled creativity and profound insights.

Kimberly Loren Eaton
Kimberly (she/her) is a director, creator, and dramaturg, as well as founding Producer of Theatrum Mundi Productions, a commercial theatrical production and new works development company with credits including involvement on the producing teams of The Velocity of Autumn and the Tony Award winning Broadway musical Fun Home. Selected freelance directing work includes: Blackbird (State Theatre, WA), Daughters of the Sexual Revolution with Tim Busfield & Sarah Steele (MTC Studio), The Forgetting Curve (BCA Calderwood Pavilion), American Dream with Tamara Tunie & David Morse (MTC Studio), Ain’t Far From Home (Playwrights Downtown), Canary in a Cage Canary in a Cage (14th St Y), Terroir (New Perspectives) Within Our Walls (14th St Y), and is currently developing the new musical, Sammy’s Bowery Follies (concert at 54Below). Beginning as an actor in NYC theatre at age 4, Eaton has worked across the theatre industry as an artistic leader, taught acting for two decades, and holds the distinction of being the youngest Artistic Director of an Off-Broadway theatre, for which she oversaw a $2.4 Million renovation, won NEA grants, as well as ran, in profit, through the last recession, while keeping it booked year-round, directing the resident youth musical theatre company, and programming award- winning work (Off Broadway Alliance Award, Best New Play) such as Freud’s Last Session (now a Netflix film, starring Anthony Hopkins). Arthur (he/him) is thrilled to join the Ripple Effect Artists team. Selected Off-Broadway: Partnership, Becomes a Woman (Mint Theater), The Year of Magical Thinking, with Kathleen Chalfant (Keen Company), God of Carnage (Theatre Breaking Through Barriers), Liz Swados’s Nightclub Cantata (Cell Theatre), Paradise Lost (Fellowship for Performing Arts), Cagney - The Musical; many shows at the Irish Repertory Theatre, York Theatre, The Directors Company, Cape Playhouse, The Gateway, et al. Toured internationally in Fiddler starring Topol (Farewell tour), then Harvey Fierstein, and Theodore Bikel. A proud member of Actors Equity Association. Love to Lisa!
Assistant Stage Manager
Maggie Caradonna
Maggie (she/they) is very excited for the opportunity to be the Assistant Stage Manager on Radiant Vermin, as it is her first production with Ripple Effect. As a recent graduate of Ithaca College with a BFA in Stage Management along with a BA in Psychology, Maggie most notably worked last fall as the production stage manager of The Wolves, a play about high school girls on a soccer team. Since they played soccer for many years growing up, it felt like the perfect fit as a senior year assignment. This past spring they stage managed the BFA Senior Showcase, performed in New York City and mentored and sub-called a production of The Liar in downtown Ithaca at The Kitchen Theatre. Maggie wants to thank her family for their unconditional love and support.

Andria (she/her) is a set and prop designer from Raleigh, North Carolina studying illustration at Parsons. She has previously worked as the prop and costume designer on Ripple Effect Artists' Cougars The Concert Version.

Jonathan Gregory Power
Jonathan (he/him) is thrilled to be back at ATA as the lighting designer. This is his first show with Ripple Effect Artists. Past lighting credits include My Mamma The SuperAction Hero, Scrooge, Buffalo Hero, The War in Ukraine. Jonathan has also played at ATA as an actor. Past credits include: Julius Caesar, The North Forty, Ramaavan a Musical. Jonathan is thankful to God to be making art at this time and in this place.

Lani (they/them) is a recent graduate of Pace Universities Sands College of Performing Arts and also works as a technician and director. Her work has appeared in several Educational projects as well as a production at Prince William’s Little Theatre in Virginia. This is Lani’s first show post graduation and she is so excited for everyone to see it and hear her work.

Srija Bhowal
Srija (she/her) is an artist from New Delhi, India. She's currently pursuing her BFA in Illustration at Parsons School of Design, located in the heart of New York. Srija's inspiration comes from the dynamic landscapes and cultural diversity of both cities. She works with various mediums such as illustration, printmaking, animation, and 3D art. With illustration, her goal is to distill complex ideas into captivating visual narratives that resonate deeply with people. In printmaking, she enjoys the tactile nature of the craft and carefully crafts each impression on paper to bring her artistic vision to life. Animation and 3D art allows her to animate creations and give them a dynamic vitality that goes beyond still art.

Hadi Almorohen
Hadi (he/him) is an electrical engineer turned artists. Eager to learn and expand his expertise, he delves into different media, exploring their possibilities and applications whether in 2D or 3D. Inspired by works of dark fantasy, he creates 3D foam props, paint miniatures, and builds fantastical dioramas. Hadi enjoys drawing and painting in digital and traditional media.

Ingrid (he/they) is a current student at Sarah Lawrence College studying Theater and Art History, and an alumni of Westchester Community College. This is their first production with Ripple Effect Artists. They are excited to do what they love with lovely people.

Olivia Sinnott (she/her) is delighted to be a part of her first professional NYC play, Radiant Vermin. She is a recent BFA Acting graduate from the University of Michigan. Go Blue! Anthony Archer
Anthony (he/him) has been acting in theater since he was in the third grade playing a pirate part in Peter Pan. He stayed acting in smaller roles through his middle school years staying mostly to background and ensemble roles. In high school he had the opportunity to act in plays such as Clevengers Trial as Yossarian and an elder care worker in the production of working. When he went to Westchester community college he got act in an original play called it’s hell out there as the second main male role Andrew. At WCC he learned pieces from Hamlet, Glass Menagerie and even studied Much Ado About Nothing. When he transferred to SUNY Purchase he got to study many techniques and styles of theater like Comedia and Pantomime. He is very excited to work and help with such a great play.

Sam Labovitz
Sam (he/him) was born and raised in New York City, honed his craft at LaGuardia High School, graduating in 2019 with a focus on drama. He furthered his education at the University of Michigan, earning a degree in Theater in the spring of 2023. Now back in his hometown, Sam is excited to pursue a career in acting and artistic producing. Recently, he appeared in an off-off-Broadway run of a movement show by Vim Vigor at the Gibney Dance Theater in October 2023. In the fall, Sam and his peers founded Running Arts, a company focused on producing live art events across Manhattan. His dedication to his craft and passion for the arts drives him to chase creative opportunities and contribute to the vibrant theater community in New York City.

Recent Production credits include: Here You Come Again at Goodspeed Opera House directed by Gabe Barre (Assistant to the Director), 44 Lights at AMT Theater directed by Nancy Robillard (Production Assistant), and Lungs at Syracuse Univerity (Director/Producer) Max was also recently seen in BKOne's Production of American Idiot where he played Will. Madeleine (any pronoun) has worked as a stage manager (Trojan Woman) and assistant stage Manager (Rift) for Luna Stage, production assistant for How to Steal an Election (York Theatre), the Love is Love festival (Rosendale Theatre), and for the digital productions Guru of Touch (Edinburgh Fringe/Flying Solo Productions/This is Not a Theatre Company), and My First Time (Luna Stage - Voting Writes). She has also worked as a Digital Fellow for the Picker Center at Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs. She is an alum of Trinity School and the High Mountain Institute. Maya (sher/her) is a recent graduate of Wesleyan University where she studied history and film. Integral to her life mission is to help create media that allows people to understand, connect, and transcend themselves and each other beyond the confines of their daily life. In her free time, she loves singing classical music and Taylor Swift, traveling, walking, shopping (for others as well as herself), and spending time with family. She is currently based in NYC where she is preparing for conservatory auditions.”

Jessie Fahay (Executive Producer , Founding Executive Director) As the visionary behind Ripple Effect Artists, she has an unwavering devotion to theatre, philanthropy, and ethical leadership. Her experience ranges from penning published works to 20 years of acting on stage/film to earning dual Master’s degrees in business administration and performance arts, to conducting a Ted-X talk on Arts and Advocacy. Her diverse experiences, including training at United Global Shift and traversing the nation as a compelling speaker and actor, converged to birth Ripple Effect Artists in 2009.  Thank you to Mom and Dad for believing in this mission.  Thank you to Auntie Jane, who I will always miss.  Thank you to our wonderful Board Members and Donors for over 15 years of belief in this mission of merging theatre arts with compelling conversations, creating an ongoing Ripple Effect in the world! 

 

Jessica Jennings (Production Manager, Founding Board President) is a NYC native who built an early career as an actor, dancer and choreographer; managed big-box retail at Rockefeller Center and on Madison Ave.; she now runs Alchemy Theatrical Consulting, LLC, helping theatre artists create production budgets, write grants, strategize and market. She has performed at City Center, Edinburgh Festival, Etruscan Riviera Fringe, Philadelphia Fringe, and in dozens of NYC indie and Off-Broadway shows. Jessica is the recipient of multiple awards including a Van Lier Fellowship. She began grant writing with Spanish Repertory Theatre, later she joined Ripple Effect Artists as Board President and is thrilled to help bring Radiant Vermin to life on stage!

 

Valentine Williams (Marketing Manager) is the CEO and Founder of Dramantics Creative Services and Dramantics Management. Her collective background as an artist and in artist management, consulting, event planning, production, and administration lended itself to the conception of her companies and inspired it as a creative network that aids in multifaceted client elevation. She has worked with Spelman College and Durham Public Schools and sits on the board of directors for organizations such as the Atlanta Chapter of the Young Nonprofit Professionals Network and Ripple Effects Artists, Inc. Williamson is one of the Emmy Nominated Producers of the 94th Annual Spelman-Morehouse Christmas Carol Concert and is thrilled to lend her expertise to Ripple Effects Artists and this production.
