An Experiment Cast

Kayla English is a senior in high school and is a part of the PCA program. She has been doing theater since her sophomore year after being in a production of Alice in Wonderland. Since then she has worked tech for the shows Little Shop of Horrors, An Open and Shut Case, Lightning Thief: A Percy Jackson Musical, and Hercules. She enjoys being a part of the tech team and stage manager. This is her first time being a lead in a show and she has had so much fun and is excited for you to enjoy the show!

Jayden Gaskins, a junior at Richland Northeast High School, is in orchestra and theatre with the Palmetto Center for the Arts program. This is his third year in the program and he is grateful for the opportunity to return to the stage in An Experiment as Courageous. In previous years, he was part of Annie as Oliver Warbucks, The Wonder of Music as a soloist and speaker, Spongebob the Musical as an instrumentalist and in the ensemble, The Wiz JR as the Wizard, An Open and Shut Case as Officer Riddle, and Percy Jackson: The Lightning Thief as Chiron (Mr. Brunner), Kronos, Mozart, and the Vienna Boys Choir. In the future, he hopes to become a music director and performer while doing theatre wherever possible. He thanks Mrs. Fletcher and Mrs. CC for allowing him to join theatre, as well as his parents for always encouraging him to keep going.

hey! My name is Chloe McCartha! I will be playing "Intelligent" in "An Experiment" This is my first year in high school, I am in 9th grade (freshman), I have been in PCA for about 3 months now and I'm loving it! and yes this will be my first act on stage for this school. I went to Longleaf Middle School for 6-8th grade and was in a past acting classroom before coming into PCA!

I’m in 9th grade and I’m 14 years old. I’ve been in pca since August 7th, the first day of school. I was at E.L. Wright middle school for 6th, and 7th grade and I for 8th grade I went to Summit Parkway Middle school for a math program I was put in.
