Director

Mark Mazzarella is an EMMY® Award Winning writer, producer and director. His  career has spanned theater, television and film. His extensive directorial work and  producing skills can be seen in a variety of venues in the US and Europe over  decades including off-broadway, regional theatres, operas, rock concerts and  ballets. His television work includes writing, directing and producing for some of  the largest names in the industry like Disney, Discovery, PBS, and more. Mark  is also the co-founder of Mazzarella Media, Inc. which in a short span of time  became an industry leader. In over 40 years, they have produced and created  hundreds of award-winning films for the education and library markets. He is the founder of Revolutionary Youth Theater, Inc. a non-profit organization  who’s vision is to ensure kids and teens have access to theater’s life-changing  opportunities. Over the years, his students have been finalists and scholarship  winners at the Jimmy Awards. His extraordinary work with theatre students has  also earned him several Tony Award® Nominations for the Excellence in Theatre  Education Award.
