The 39 Steps Cast

Kabir Nagra (12) (Richard Hannay)
Hello, and we-lcome back to yet another Ravenwood show. This is ribak talking , Kabir’s currently getting ready for the show rn. This is Kabir’s last year for Ravenwood theater. He’s been doing it for a while now tbh have like no idea how long, but yeah for a while ig. Anyway he would like to say thank you for everyone involved in the community for making it all so memorable and fun. He hopes that everyone likes to show, if not then he says he’s sorry you spent 10 bucks on a big ole nothing. He also says enjoy the show or don't, don't listen to him, he's just an actor.
River Foote (12) (Annabella/Mrs.Jordan )
River is so excited to be in The 39 Steps! You may have seen them in Eurydice, Shrek The Musical, Cinderella, and behind the scenes in many more. They would like to thank their fellow cast and crew, the Director Mr. B, and Stella for doing the show with them. They hope you enjoy becoming involved in The 39 Steps and hopes your memories of the show filled with wunderbar and English humor.
Hank Bynum (12) (Mr. Memory/Crofter/Policeman #1)
In preparation for his prestigious role as "Mr Memory" Hank has been refining the inner workings of his mind for quite some time. He has committed every detail of the last 2 months to memory, including this bio. If you see him at the shows, please ask him to recite the bio for you as to not put his hard work to waste. 952,007x 12,508 =1.1907704e10 ask him, he'll remember it
Jameson Mackey (11) (Compere/Radio Announcer/Mr.McGarrigle)
What is crackin home-a-lomies. Jameson is beyond thrilled to be in this production of ¨The 39 Steps¨, much less to be a Radio Announcer. Such a fitting role for a man with such little recognition for his hobby. Years of rambling about handsome men in a passionate, booming voice; most often in dark places. He tackled Pedro Pascal´s jawline in an elementary school gymnasium at 3:20am, stunning facts of beauty echoing off linoleum floors. Brad Pitt was a serenade in a mausoleum late one friday night. Such a hobby was never bound for the daytime, much less a crowd of anything but still air. Yet, here it is, Richard Hannay shall be his muse, the stage a canvas, and you (the audience) the audience. Enjoy, and revel in the wonder of a gorgeous pencil-thin mustache on the run, described in detail by yours truly.
Peyton Gilbert (Heavy #1/Pilot #1)
Peyton is astronomically, apocalyptically, and anti-gravitationally THRILLED to take on the dual powerhouse roles of Heavy #1 and Pilot #1! She has spent countless hours training by carrying emotional baggage, lifting the plot, and occasionally bench-pressing Jamie for morale. Known to confuse dumbbells with audience members, snacks with stage props, and flight paths with interpretive dance, Peyton dedicates her performance to every flight attendant who said “this bag’s too heavy,” every sock that ever disappeared in laundry, and every audience member brave enough to survive her lift-off. She promises to lift, fly, snack, cry, scream, and possibly invent a new gravity-defying yoga pose — all at once. May the skies (and the snacks) quake in her favor.
Jamie Santini (9) (Heavy #2 / Pilot #2)
Jamie is cosmically, catastrophically, and carbo-loadedly overjoyed to take on the dual powerhouse roles of Heavy #2 and Pilot #2! Known for carrying not only the story but also Peyton’s emotional support water bottle, Jamie has fully embraced the weight of responsibility (and the snacks). Built for endurance and emotional turbulence, she approaches this role with the same intensity as a plane engine at takeoff and a dumbbell at max rep. Jamie dedicates this performance to her shoulders, leg day, the concept of flight, and to Peyton — her co-pilot, co-heavy, and co-survivor in the war against gravity. Buckle up. Things are about to get heavy
Kayla Rufener (12) (Henchman #1 /Sheriff/ Mr Dunwoody)
Kayla is so thrilled to be performing in another Ravenwood Production! This is her third show in cast and fifth show overall, having previously done costuming for A Midsummer Night's Dream and Shrek. She has been seen as Big Stone in Eurydice and an ensemble member in Mamma Mia. In 39 Steps she will be playing Henchman #1, Sheriff, and Mr. Dunwoody. Please enjoy the most hilarious performance in the history of theater.
Kendra Patton (12) (Henchman #2 / Inspector/ Mr. McQuarrie)
Kendra is so excited to be playing Henchman #2 / Inspector/ Mr. McQuarrie in the 39 Steps! This is Kendra's 5th production at Ravenwood. You may have seen her recently in Mamma Mia or Eurydice! She's so lucky to have this theatre community at RHS and would like to thank everyone involved! Enjoy the show!
Michael Russell (11) (Milkman/ Professor/ Policeman #2)
Michael is so excited to be in The 39 Steps! Michael has had so much fun exploring all of his roles. For example, Michael drinks a healthy 3.9 cups of milk every morning, to get in the right mindset. He polices 3 men a day, and polices 90% of a fourth man for a glorious total of 3.9. To round it all up, Michael listens to 39 minutes of college professor’s lectures, to keep his mind sharp. Maybe Michael is the 39 Steps, or maybe you are. Thank you. All hail Alfred Hitchcock. Enjoy the show!
Matilda Skurka (11) (Margaret/ Mrs. McGarrigle)
Matilda Skurka is buzzin with excitement, as the Scottish say, to be in the cast of The 39 Steps. This is her 3rd production with Raptor Theatre, just being seen as Jordan Baker u/s in The Great Gatsby. She has previously enjoyed portraying Persephone in Hadestown, Anna of Cleves in SIX, and Baker's Wife in Into the Woods. Aye, enjoy the show!
Rose Torres (9) ([Salesman # 1- Paperboy] Chief Inspector Albright)
Rose is so incredibly thrilled to be able to share The 39 Steps with an audience!! Between train chases, hat changes, over-exaggerated winks, pinpointing accents, and oddly extensive research on how to play a garrulous middle-aged underwear salesman who rides the rails, it’s been a wild endeavor! It’s truly been such a gift to be able to work with such a wonderful cast and crew of people on an outrageously entertaining show. This is Rose’s first production with Ravenwood’s amazing theatre department, and she wishes for many more in the future. We hope you enjoy the show!!
Anna Jay (12) ([Salesman #2 - Police - Porter] / Announcer)
Anna Jay is so excited to be Salesman #2 in her second ever production! To train for this physically intensive role she has been doing 4 sets of squats and also 5 sets of manspreading every morning. She's also done extensive research on the strange and loud sound old men make when they stand up off of a couch. She's so thrilled to be apart of this production and hopes you keep your eyes peeled for her! Enjoy the show
Isabel McAllister (12) (Pamela)
Isabel is so glad that she finally gets to share this incredible show with you. This is her eighth show at Ravenwood, and her second show being onstage instead of behind the scenes. She's so grateful to be given the opportunity to grow as an actor and with directing. She would like to thank Mr. B, Mx. Lyss, and Mr. Edmonson for being the greatest mentors she could ask for. She would also like to thank her friends and family for pushing her to step out of her comfort zone; without them, she wouldn't be here. Now, sit back, relax, and if you're looking for an exciting show, well, this is the show you want inspector!
Anil Veeramachineni (9) (Heavy/Police/Party Goer/Citizen)
Anil is absolutely thrilled to be a part of The 39 Steps, and his excitement knows no limits! With a burning passion for performance, he’s beyond ecstatic to dive into the suspense, wit, and cleverness of this iconic show. Every moment is a dream come true, and he can’t wait to bring his boundless energy to the stage, ready to leave audiences breathless and craving more. This opportunity is a true gift, and Anil is *bursting* with anticipation to share this thrilling experience with the world!
Eastyn Glover (10) (Heavy/Police/Party Goer/Citizen/ Mrs Higgins)
Eastyn is thrilled to be apart of The 39 Steps, taking on her physically straining roles of sign holder, Mrs Higgins, officer, and any other hilarious characters. To build her muscle *quads of steel* she’s been wearing a weighted vest and armor underneath her costumes for every time she's running! And yes, they even found a way to make the old lady with one scene sprint! To be honest, Eastyn is in peak condition because she’s basically pursuing a theatrical 5k every show! And because she is constantly on the move, if you hear tires screeching and cats, it’s just Eastyn making her grand entrance…into a prop backstage! Also, if you hear crinkling, it’s just her trying to discreetly open a bag of chips after burning 1,000 calories in the previous scene. Method acting maybe?
