Matilda Jr. Cast

Emma has been a loyal member of Drama Club for many years and recently has had the pleasure of becoming the club president. This club has taught her hard work, discipline, and how to be a better role model and leader. It has been a great pleasure to watch the younger members of this club get out of their comfort zones and find something they can enjoy and feel comfortable doing and Emma can't wait to see them grow even more. In this production of Matilda, she will be portraying the loving and caring teacher Miss Honey. Through this role Emma hopes to come out with even more experience and a better understanding of what it means to be a leader.

Megan has not only been a major part on stage but behind the scenes she strives to keep the drama spirit alive. With her many roles as the funny or kind characters she was not as excited to get cast as not only the main antagonist but perhaps the worst person alive. She was very vocal about her detest for her role but as the time went on she learned to be grateful for the opportunity to act opposite of her other half, Emma. With her senior year fast approching these simple moments with the people who make this club feel more like a family, are so important to her.

Mason has recently discovered the amazing factors of drama. He was facinated in the creativity that went along with the acting, and he discovered that it was an amazing way to express himself positively.

Grace Grems is participating in her 5th show with drama club. Her first show was when she was in 4th grade, being a jellyfish in the musical production The Little Mermaid. She then joined in 6th grade but that year was cut short. In 8th grade she was Mrs Bently, Grace and Martha in the show A Christmas Carol. Also in 8th grade she was a backstage member during The Addams Family. She is excited to be playing Mrs. Wormwood this year, in order to show her range at playing the arrogant, haughty, mean mother to Matilda, traits which are very different from the ones she possesses.

Robby Wilson started his acting career in 4th grade in Little Mermaid as a seagull. When Robby first started drama in Poland,it was in the Addams Family as Lurch. After that, he worked backstage in Little Woman. In Matilda he is playing her brother Michael.

Hailey has been in drama for about four years and has loved it. She is very exited to be in the Matilda Musical this year. Hailey has always loved being an actor in the Drama Club

Riley has been in drama for 2 years and has enjoyed it. He is excited going into Matilda. This will be the fourth drama production that he has particpated in and can't wait for the next one.

Tyler has been doing drama for 2 years and this is his 3rd show. He feels glad to have this chance to be able to do such a big role like Bruce.

Brielle Schrader will be acting as Amanda Thripp for the Matilda Jr. Musical, and is looking forward to show night. This is Brielle’s 4th time on the PCS stage. She hopes to continue Drama Club all throughout her years at PCS and can’t wait for new shows.

Izzy joined drama back in 5th grade, and has loved it and everyone it it ever since. They joined for "The Little Mermaid" in the ensamble, and has been in other shows such as "A Christmas Carol" and "Little Woman". They hope to continue with drama for the rest of their high school career, playing any role they are given.

Ellie joined drama club last year for The Addams Family, and loved it. She has had so much fun, and hopes to stay in drama club until she is done with school.

Aviana has been attending plays at PCS since she was a little girl. That is what inspierd her to join drama she has been in two plays.

Charlene has been in drama for 1 play and is going to do 1 musial. She loves drama because she loves to sing and dance and act in front of people.

Ariel Pope has been doing drama since she was in fifth grade this was the musical the little mermaid. She got her first ever speaking role in 8th grade. She has been in the little mermaid, The Christmas carol, The Addams Family, and Little women and now is in Matilda. She is cast as the Acrobat, Russian spy, big kid, and a mum. She is exicited for what is to come next in drama.

Emily loves math, and is a highly intelligent lady. She is excited to see her future in drama class and would love to be able to play bigger roles in the future. She is excited to see how this production grows.

Alexa has been in the Drama Club for a year now. She has learned a lot about acting since starting and wants to continue doing more plays and musicals until she graduates. She loves drama because it gives her something to do and it is fun to be included in something and it also helps her express herself.

Grace is a feshman who started in 4th grade as a lobster in The Little Mermaid and now is a backstage/actor who has several jobs and works better under pressure.
