About Stagecraft Camp (June 3rd-14th)

Stagecraft Play Production camp will be led by Bay Area theatre professionals who come in to teach workshops and skills on all things play production as we prepare for 3 performances of Alice in Wonderland. 

The camp takes place at the beautiful Heirloom East Bay – a communal farm in the Castro Valley hills. Each camp day includes fun games, exploring the farm, seeing and feeding animals, plus snacks will be provided.

10am-4pm

Monday-Friday June 3-7th.

  • Audition Workshop
  • Casting
  • Singing Workshop
  • Dancing Intensive


Week 2 Activities: 

  • Costumes, Set & Props
  • Dress Rehearsals
  • Tech Workshops


Performances will take place Friday, Saturday & Sunday June 14th-16th all at 6pm. Parents, families, friends & campers invited! 

Sibling discounts are available. If you would like to apply for either or both of these, please email [email protected] by May 1, 2024. Scholarships will be announced on May 20th, 2024.

Scholarships will be determined by the Plethos Board of Directors. Students will be asked to write a short letter explaining why they would like to participate in the camp, what they hope to achieve and how they became interested in theatre. 

Students who have completed grades 9-12 and would like to volunteer to help at Stagecraft Camp are welcome to join as Camp Counselors in Training. They will assist the Camp Leaders with camp activities as well as with the Stagecraft show production.
