Tony Savant (Director) Founding Director of Playhouse West-Philadelphia, one of the foremost respected acting teachers in the country. For over three decades, Mr. Savant has been integral to Playhouse West achieving its top reputation throughout the industry and as one of the finest acting schools in the world. Helped train some of the most successful film and T.V. actors, including Ashely Judd, James Franco, Tessa Thompson, Scott Caan, Scott Wolf, Jim Parrack, Scott Haze, Wentworth Miller, Alain Uy, Jean Elie and hundreds of other working actors. Artistic Director of the award-winning Playhouse West Theater Company in L.A. over 20 years. Created, co-wrote and directed the award-winning production, “Welcome Home, Soldier”, winner of “Best Drama”, hailed as “the year’s most powerful theater” in 1991. The play closed in Los Angeles in 2016 after 25 years. Directed over 85 stage productions, including The Baby Dance, Light Sensitive, Country Singer, Speed-The-Plow, Dinner With Friends, Sin and All In A Day's Work. Directed six films including award-winners Red, Buddy, Billy and the Hurricane. Acted in more than twenty films and over 40 stage plays.

Scott Caan (Playwright) An American actor, director, writer, photographer and former rapper. His first play, Almost Love, was produced in 2000. His second play, 9/11, was produced in 2002. All of his plays were first staged at The Playhouse West Repertory Theater Company, where Caan was a long-time member, studying acting under Robert Carnegie and Tony Savant, and where he wrote, directed and performed in many stage productions. Other plays include Minor Holidays, No Way Around But Through, Two Wrongs, The Trouble With Where We Come From, and a collection of plays titled The Performance of Heartbreak and Other Plays. Currently has a play being prepared to open Off-Broadway in the spring of 2027. Began his acting career in the late 1990s, appearing in a number of independent films. His first role in a major motion picture was Varsity Blues (1999), alongside James Van Der Beek, Paul Walker, and his father, the legendary James Caan. His breakthrough role came in Steven Soderbergh's Ocean's Eleven as Turk Malloy, whom he played in the Ocean's Trilogy. He starred for 10 years as Detective Danny "Danno" Williams in the CBS television series “Hawaii Five-0” (2010–2020), for which he was nominated for a Golden Globe Award. Had a recurring role as manager Scott Lavin in the HBO television series Entourage. He starred for 3 seasons in the CBS show “Alert”, and currently stars on “NCIS: New York”. Other film credits include Boiler Room, Enemy of the State, Gone In 60 Seconds, Novocaine, American Outlaws. In 2003, Caan made his film directorial debut with Dallas 362, which won a prize at the 2003 Las Vegas Film Festival. He also wrote and starred in the films, The Dog Problem and Mercy. Caan recently finished shooting the Untitled Cliff Booth Movie, starring Brad Pitt, directed by David Fincher, written by Quentin Tarantino.
