THE GINGHAM DOG Cast

Tathia MomPremier (GLORIA)
Tathia is excited to be back on the Playhouse West-Philadelphia stage. She was last seen as Peyton, in "Teacher Ladies", and Hollie in "The Breakroom", as part of "All In A Day's Work". A lifelong student of storytelling, she appreciates the extensive training she is receiving at Playhouse West-Philadelphia under the direction of Tony Savant.
Jacob Cauthron (VINCENT)
Jacob Cauthron has been a student at Playhouse West-Philadelphia since November, 2017. He is proud to have worked on a variety of projects throughout his years at this incomparable institution, the more recent among them being "Welcome Home, Soldier" and "All In A Day's Work", by Tony Savant. Jacob has also found his own voice as a writer over the years, thanks to Mr. Savant's tutelage. His latest works include "Space", a short film he directed and starred opposite the very talented Ms. Kenisha Pinckney, as well as "Letter", a play in three acts, and the upcoming "Lo e", a series of one-act plays. An accomplished lyricist; Jacob's latest musical works can be found on Bandcamp and Soundcloud.com under the artist name "Djaekub." His sentiments toward the years he has spent in this school, the things he has learned, friends he has made and the love he has shared cannot be expressed. He is filled with infinite gratitude for the lessons that he will continue to carry with him into the rest of his life and for the memories he has been blessed enough to share with so many incredible artists along the way. For the opportunity to partake in the telling of this particular story, Jacob finds himself, once more, incredibly grateful. In the fabled words of Tolkien's Bilbo Baggins, "Gandalf, my old friend, this will be a night to remember."
Joshua Heeder (ROBERT)
"Gingham Dog" marks Josh Heeder's stage debut in a full production at Playhouse West-Philadelphia. Josh has appeared as Tony Kirby in "You Can't Take It With You", in Oneonta, N.Y., as well as several voiceover productions for both audio dramas and commercials. Though originally from New York, he moved to Philadelphia 5 years ago and has trained under Tony Savant for the past year. He thanks his fellow classmates for setting the standard for excellence as high as they do, and for inspiring those around them to elevate their work.
Madeline Barbush (BARBARA)
This is Madeline Barbush's second time on Playhouse West-Philadelphia's stage. During her two years training with Tony Savant she also appeared in his original play, "All In A Day's Work", and in the award-winning short, "Made", for which she won the Grand Jury Award for Best Actress in a Short Film. Madeline now resides in New York City where she has recently appeared off-Broadway in "Royal Oak", and in the Bronx as Chickie in Stephen Adly Guirgis's "In Arabia We'd All Be Kings". Madeline just completed her first voiceover role in the upcoming animation "The Redemption of Donna Asher", and she can be seen next in the short film, "About James". She would like to thank Tony and her cast mates for entrusting her with the role of Barbara, and her mother and sister for being so supportive of her dreams.
