About An Evening with Leslie McCurdy
Leslie is an actor, solo performer, dancer and mentor, among many other talents! She will share scenes from The Spirit of Harriet Tubman : A One Woman Show as well as conduct a Q & A with the audience. Telling the story of this prominent Black woman, an unmatched activist and abolitionist, has been a lasting inspiration for Leslie. Light refreshments will be provided.
Doors will open at 5pm for the event upstairs in the Hall at 6pm
Tickets are $15 (+ processing) online and $17 (no additional fees) at the door.

The Pennyroyal Arts Council, a non-profit 501 (c) (3) organization, was established in 1977. The mission of the Pennyroyal Arts Council is to encourage, develop, and promote the appreciation of the Arts through: Education, Support, Service, and Presentation. Arts Council programming includes the Live at the Alhambra series, School Day Performances, Missoula Children’s Theatre, Art Exhibits, and more. The Arts Council manages the Alhambra Theatre on South Main Street in downtown Hopkinsville.
