Paulina has really enjoyed directing your kids during this show! Red vs The Wolf is the second youth show that she has directed, and she is finding a new-found joy in directing children. "I grew up in this community doing theatre with POPA. I had amazing directors who helped to nurture my love for the arts. I feel like this is my way of paying forward the encouragement that they gave me." Normally you can find Paulina on stage, most recently in Howard's Follies- Jake's Place, but most "famously" for her role as Elle Woods in Legally Blonde: The Musical. If she isn't on stage, she is busy with her role as President of the Board of Directors, here at the Playhouse. She wants to thank her husband for always supporting her and her kids for being ever-so-patient with her. She would also like to thank all of the parents who lent their kids to us for this production! What a blast!

Amy Dawson grew up in Chattaroy and has always loved performing. She was trained at SFCC in Vocal Performance, various theatre classes, and with some excellent vocal coaches, but most of her education has been hands-on, on the stage. Her first appearance at the Playhouse was in “The Addams Family Musical”, as Alice Beineke. She has also performed in California, at Davis Musical Theatre Co, and in our area at Spokane Children’s Theatre, Lake City Playhouse, Stage Left, and Spokane Civic Theatre, and directed in POPA’s One Act Play Festival and All Together Now Musical Concert. This is her first time directing a full-length play and she’s so happy to be doing it with her friend, Paulina. She is having fun working with kids, they aren’t afraid to try something new & are constantly surprising her in rehearsal. She’d like to thank her friends & family for always supporting her love of the performing arts.
