The Galvin Cello Quartet began during the height of the pandemic and its members are from China, Brazil, South Korea and the United States. The musicians met as students at Northwestern University's Bienen School of Music in the studio of acclaimed pedagogue Hans Jorgen Jensen. Named after the Mary B. Galvin Recital Hall at Bienen, their story is a testament to the power of teamwork and exceeds all expectations of traditional chamber music. Their program will include works from their diverse cultural background that will be sure to please everyone in the audience.

The mission of the Panama City Music Association, Inc., is to bring the excitement of classical and modern music, dance, opera, and musical theatre to the widest possible audience. Our goal is to expand the musical experience of our community, to further develop an appreciation for all aspects of music, and to increase the participation of youth in musical arts. In our efforts to bring performances of the highest quality to the Bay County area, we strive to awaken and perpetuate the love of music in all whom we serve.
