THE 12 DOLLS of CHRISTMAS                           

 It’s Christmas Eve 2019 in Lakewood Ranch, Florida! The Connor family is celebrating with friends and family after relocating from up north. Young Josie Connors has organized a Doll Christmas Pageant where all the kids perform with their dolls. The adults are constantly interrupting with their own performances thus creating havoc with the kids.  Uncle Robert, who is a famous magician, performs a magic trick that not only makes it magically snow in Lakewood Ranch, but brings all 12 dolls to life. Get to know the stories of these magical dolls through song and dance in this original, not to be missed Holiday Musical.

Ovation School of Musical Theatre's owners, Michelle and Matt McCord and their team of extraordinary teachers have been training young students in the performing arts for 8 years now. Their purpose then and continuing now is to teach the skills to inspire and motivate students to be the best they can be whether they wish to be a professional or just as a hobby. More importantly, research shows that participating in the arts, specifically theater and dance, teaches kids the vital life skills of teamwork, awareness, creative thinking, poise, confidence and empathy.  

Ovation Theatre was formed by the McCords to be able to provide more performance opportunities to the youth in our community. Their plans for the future include:  

* Producing full scale shows 

* Evenings of vocal and dance performances 

*Formation of a performance troupe to do outreach entertainment at civic affairs, retirement homes, theatre festivals and charity events.  

Ovation School gives several scholarships a year to students through partnership programs with our school system and other charitable organizations and we wish to be able to provide even more financial assistance to qualified students throughout the year through our non - profit ,Ovation Theatre Inc.

All of these activities are time consuming and expensive and this is where you come in .  What are the ways that you can help us to continue and achieve these goals?
