Based on a series of popular Disney Channel Original Movies, follow Mal, Evie, Jay, and Carlos, the teenage children of some of Disney's most evil villains, as they attend a prep school full of hero's, and have to decide weather than can truly change and be good, or if they're truly “Rotten to the Core”.
