Mei-Lan received a BA in Theatre and Psychology from Franklin & Marshall College.
Kezia Waters, Guest Artist (Actor Two)[he/they] is a proud Alumni of Ohio University MFA in Acting 2021 and they have an MFA in Studio Art from School of The Art Institute of Chicago. They have performed in the Biennale d’art Performative de Rouyn-Noranda of Canada, Dazibao Gallery in Montreal and Recto- Verso in Ouebec City and numerous galleries around Chicago. They were a Jeff Award Nominee for Best Director for “We are Proud to Present…” at Theatre Y and a 2023 In-Session Fellow at ThreeWalls, studying the Performance and Folklore of Zora Neale Hurston. They strive to bridge the gap between Artist and Actor.
Laila Christian (Actor Three)BFA, Musical Theatre, Second Year. From Shaker Heights, OH (Cleveland area), and Bootycandy is her Ohio University Mainstage debut! She is a Co-Executive Producer of Vibrancy Theater and is honored to tell a story that captures two very important parts of her identity. Laila looks forward to continuing her education at Ohio University and hopes you enjoy the show! Alan Tyson, Guest Artist (Actor Four)is thrilled to be making his Vibrancy Theatre debut. He is beyond grateful for this opportunity. He wants to thank his loving God, because without Him none of this would be possible, his family, friends and the wonderful cast and crew.
