Executive Director, Show Director
Caitlin BachMrs. Bach is in her third year directing for NDTC. She has been involved in the arts since she was just 2 years old and has worked on many productions as a director, assistant director, production manager, stage manager, costumer, set designer, and social media manager for Theatre programs for kids, teens, and adults throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Favorite past shows include Beauty and the Beast, Guys & Dolls, Hairspray, Aida, West Side Story, Little Shop of Horrors, and Once on this Island. In addition to her work in the arts, Mrs. Bach has worked extensively in the field of education as both a teacher and administrator and holds multiple teaching certificates in PA and NJ. She holds a Bachelors from Moravian and a Masters from Kutztown. When not working on theatre for ND, she works at Muhlenberg College as the Director of Career Coaching & Education.
Music Director
Ben StefanMr. Ben is a senior at Moravian University studying Music Education with a concentration in voice and a minor in Theater. Mr. Ben participates in several ensembles at Moravian including Wind Ensemble, Marching Band, Orchestra, Choir, and Chorale. He is currently the President for Moravian’s chapter of PCMEA and the President for the University Choir. Mr. Ben teaches an after school music program in Catasauqua, coaches Color Guard for Whitehall High School, and has played in several pit orchestras throughout the Lehigh Valley. Last spring, he was the music director/pit orchestra conductor of Notre Dame High School’s production of Guys & Dolls. This past fall, he music directed and conducted the pit for Moravian University’s production of The Mad Ones. Mr. Ben maintains an active teaching schedule both in the Lehigh Valley and in his hometown, Point Pleasant NJ. He teaches musical theater intensives, private piano and voice lessons, and does audition prep for students. He is also an active judge for the New Jersey Dramatics and Forensics League.
Choreographer
Erin GriffithMrs. Griffith is the Studio Director of the New Dance Workshop -Harleysville dance studio. She has been a dance instructor for twenty two years and studio director for seventeen. Mrs. Griffith studied dance at Montclair State University, and Dance Education at Kutztown University, where she minored in Theatre Arts. She is one of the original company members of the Marlyn Abramson School of Dance company, Kinetic Energy. She is also a founding member of The Lansdale Catholic HS Dance Company. In addition to teaching ballet, tap, hiphop, jazz and modern at the studio, she choreographs and train students for Nutcracker performances with the Donetsk Ballet Company of Ukraine. In addition to her classical training, she has been the choreographer for the musical theatre department at Souderton Area High School for twenty years. Mrs. Griffith was the dance director at Camp Nockamixon and has choreographed for Laymen Playmen in Hatfield. She lives in Hellertown with her husband, Kyle and four boys, Colin, Joey, Casey and Liam. They are members of St. Theresa’s Parish in Hellertown where she is currently also a preschool teacher. “Mama Mia” is her fourth show to choreograph here at Notre Dame!

Shea ElliottMs. Elliott is blessed to be working with Notre Dame Theatre Company again. She is excited to work on Mamma Mia! with these talented and creative students, to see the combined vision of all those working on the musical come to life on stage. Working with students brings so much joy to her life, and she is grateful for every opportunity she receives to be working with students. Shea would like to thank Caitlin and Aaron Bach for allowing her to be a part of this creative process, as well as all the parents and community members who have helped to make this show possible.

Mark OttenMark Otten is a sophomore. He has served on crew and worked the lighting for A Christmas Carol, Guys & Dolls, and The Diary of Anne Frank. He loves going to the beach, going to concerts, and playing the drums.
