Katherine Stewart
Katherine has been performing and directing Shakespeare for two decades. A native Arizonan, she graduated from ASU School of Music with a degree in Voice Performance. Since that time, Katie has continued to study the classics, eventually founding her own company, Desert Rose Theatre. Some of her favorite directing projects are: Romeo and Juliet, Twelfth Night, Much Ado About Nothing, Taming of the Shrew, She Stoops to Conquer, and Lady Windemere’s Fan. She has also adapted for the stage and directed Alice in Wonderland and The Picture of Dorian Gray. As an actor, recent roles include Anne Boleyn (Ladies in Waiting, Tier 5 Theatre), Elinor Dashwood (Sense and Sensibility, Southwest Shakespeare Company), Olivia (Twelfth Night, Ronin Theatre Company), and Lizzie (The Rainmaker, Hale Centre Theatre). When she isn’t performing, she is usually found in full costume presenting panels at local pop culture conventions. Recently Katie directed an independent feature film, a screen adaptation of Shakespeare’s Two Gentlemen of Verona.

Ashley Nudson
Ashley worked at the Performing Arts Center many years ago with the previous Technical Director. She’s back again in her assistant position, and is finishing out her second year. As with many of the productions here, she designed and painted the set on the stage, bringing each show to life with its own unique artistic design.

Carson Saline
Carson graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a BFA in Musical Theatre Performance, and a minor in Costume Technology and Design. After leaving college, he worked in theatres in Pennsylvania, Illinois, Texas, Oklahoma, Utah, Arizona, Vermont, and Wyoming, as well as a number of National tours, including: The Lion King; Mama Mia!; Spamalot; The Drowsy Chaperone; Legally Blonde; The Wizard of Oz; Cats; and others. Professor Saline achieved the rank of Master of Fine Arts from the University of Idaho in 2020, with focuses in performance, production, and pedagogy. Along with award nominations for acting(including AriZoni Awards for Excellence in Theatre, and the Irene Ryan nomination at the Kennedy Center American College Theatre Festival) Carson is also a multi-award winning costume designer. He is enjoying his new-found freedom from the director's chair. Serving as the stage manager of this production has allowed him to gain a different perspective of the creative process. Working with giants, the likes of Pat, Katie, and Ashley, is incredibly humbling. Thanks to you all for allowing me to bask in your awesomeness.

Charlotte Merrill
Charlotte has always loved to perform -from public speaking, bringing forth awareness to rare diseases and disabilities, inspiring others to have faith and to do hard things, to performing in play productions. Her first performance was Mary in the kindergarten Christmas program, orphan in Annie, lost boy in Peter Pan, Grandma in Into the Woods with CCPA. She also performed in her Highschool plays -Oklahoma, Crazy for You, and Beauty and the Beast. -being on stage and balancing without her crutches, as she has Cerebral Palsy, has been hard, but she loves to overcome and do her things. Charlotte is learning and has a passion for sign language, and cannot wait to be an interpreter. She loved being a part of Hello, Dolly! and continues enjoying theater at Northland Pioneer College.
