Zachary’s acting career started in 1st grade. A play about a frog coming out of his shell, however he had no idea what to do. He played a snake with one line, his thoughts leading up to his one line was “what if I mess up”. Nowadays he can say with confidence he didn't mess it up. After that there was a long break in acting, until 8th grade when another play came about. The play was Annie jr. Now he didn't really want anything big. However he was the only person fit for a lead role who was a guy. About a week after the auditions went down he got a text from a friend, it read “you got Warbucks” he fumbled through his phone looking at the cast list and there it was on a golden platter. “Zachary Thompson-Oliver Warbucks”. Though he didn’t want this he had fun anyway and didn’t have to memorize lines because the show was recorded over 2 ½ days. After doing 3 shows freshman year (one where he got covid), Zac is ready to get back into the ring. he's always happy to be at the shows and rehearsals and meet new people.
