Refund/Exchange Policy

Due to the uniqueness of each evening, the dinner/dessert tickets for each night are not exchangeable or refundable since food must be purchased in advance in anticipation of demand. Dinner tickets are only good for entry on Friday evening. Dessert tickets are only good for Saturday evening. Show only ticket exchanges may be made on a case by case basis. All ticket types include access to the show and will be available for purchase up to the date of the event unless otherwise sold out. The $10 (early bird) - $15 (full price) ticket is for show only. The $20 (early bird) - $25 (full price) tickets are for the show and either dinner (Friday night) OR dessert (Saturday night). The Friday night Dinner and Show ticket includes a warm Fall dinner of either pulled pork OR vegetarian chili, with all the fixings, sides, and toppings. The Saturday night Dessert and Show ticket includes a festive and delectable dessert table (no dinner). A cash bar (beer/wine), non-alcoholic drinks, and coffee will be available both nights. This event is a fundraiser for the Nativity Theater Ministry and Knights of Columbus local charities, both evenings will feature the opportunity to participate in festive and exciting raffles including Kimberly’s famous fudge, hobbyist board games basket, and other intriguing and useful items ($2 each or $5 for 3 raffle tickets, sold at the door). There will also be a 50/50 cash raffle each evening.
