Myrtle Beach ACT is a teaching theatre serving students ages 5–19. Throughout the year, MBACT offers classes in acting, singing, dance, and musical theatre, as well as production-based programs that culminate in live performances.

Students develop skills in performance, vocal technique, choreography, acting, teamwork, and stage presence while also gaining exposure to the many behind-the-scenes elements of theatre, including costumes, sets, and production design. Our goal is to help students build confidence, creativity, and a lifelong appreciation for the performing arts.

In addition to classes and productions, MBACT annually takes a select group of performers to the Junior Theater Festival in Atlanta, where students have the opportunity to learn from industry professionals and represent our organization on a national stage. We also offer week-long musical theatre camps throughout the summer for students of all experience levels.
