About High School Musical Jr.
It’s the first day after winter break at East High. The Jocks, Brainiacs, Thespians and Skater Dudes all find their cliques. Basketball team captain and resident jock, Troy, discovers that the brainy Gabriella, a girl he met singing karaoke on his ski trip, has just enrolled at East High. The couple cause an upheaval when they decide to audition for the high school musical. Although many students resent the threat posed to the "status quo," Troy and Gabriella’s alliance might just open the door for others to shine as well.

MMP was founded in April of 2012 to fill the need of the Theater Arts for the children of Elk Grove, CA and opened our doors June 1, 2012. Musical Mayhem Productions is a 501(c)3 tax exempt non-profit corporation in Elk Grove, CA that provides quality theater education for children and special needs adults through rehearsal and workshop classes. The educational classes enrich participants by expanding creativity and enhancing confidence while conveying the importance of Theater Arts to the community through fun and entertaining performances. With over 16 years stage and 10 years instruction expertise, MMP's founders have created a structured, educational, and fun program to maximize the theater experience, both on and off the stage.
