Christian Najee Gordon (Danny/ Teen Angel)
GRADE: 12th// Najee has been in 9 shows, two at Spring Valley Academy and 7 at Monte Vista. He is excited to be playing "Danny" in his schools current production of "Grease!"// "You learn the meaning of teamwork in theatre."
Isabella Milligan (Sandy)
GRADE: 12th// This is Isabella's first acting role in a production out of three total. This is also her first year in MVHS performance theatre.// "Standing up for myself and believing myself got me where I am today, along with the support from friends and family. Thank you to those who helped me stay sane."
Jocelyn Garcia* (Rizzo)
GRADE: 12th// Jocelyn is a senior at Monte Vista High School. This is her first year in the theatre class as well as the school. She has been in multiple productions such as "Shrek the Musical", "Alice in Wonderland" and 7 other productions and competitions. Her goal for her role of "Rizzo" in the upcoming "Grease!" production is to portray the character in an original way but at the same time stay true to the character. // "The similarities between Rizzo's personality and my own will hopefully give me inspiration to represent the character accurately."
Samantha Olvera* (Frenchy)
GRADE: 12th// After acting in 5 shows (Kissed the Girls & Made Them Cry, Mystery of the Carson House, etc) teching two, and having the privilege of directing one (selfie), she is humbled to contribute to such a fulfilling program. // "I am so appreciative of Monarch Theatre and not only the home it has provided myself, but also a plethora of others."
Zaina Price (Marty)
GRADE: 11th // She has been in 7 shows and has been leads in almost all of them at Monarch Theatre. She has been in 3 outside shows, so in total she has done 10. She has been interested in show business since she was 9. // " I hope that through this program I can become a better person. Besides theatre, I think performing is where my heart is."

Jonathan Kooyman* (Kenickie)
Grade: 12th// Jonathan is a senior at Monarch Theatre. He is president of thespian troupe 2124. He has been in 10 shows at this theatre and directed the one act "Before You Go." He has also been apart of community shows such as playing the role of "Benedick" in "Much Ado About Nothing." // "Theatre saves lives, special thanks to E.V, A.I & S.O"
Erick Valdez (Doody)
GRADE: 12th // He thanks the only sane being in his household, Oreo. // "Work, work, work, stop playing around. There is never any time. Work for your own well being, instead of trying to get noticed."
Jorge Partida (Roger)
GRADE:12th // Jorge is a 18 year old senior at Monte Vista High School. Sadly Jorge will be graduating this year; so we will send him off with a few words. Jorge is smart, kind, and one of the greatest performers at Monte Vista. He preformed in a wide variety of shows such as "Addams Family" and "Once Upon a Mattress." Jorge showed great qualities to not only in his performances but amongst his peers. // "When I first entered theatre, I was not a people person, now I have the quality to be open minded and achieve more"
Adrian Murillo (Sonny)
GRADE:10th // Adrian is acting as "Sonny" in "Grease!" for his fourth show. He has been in "Up Late with Ryan", a show about a talk show in Ryan's head. Also he has been in "Kissed the Girls and Made Them Cry", "All I Really Need To Know I Learned From Being a Zombie" & "Selfie." He can,"uh, kinda act & stuff." He thanks his mamma for being his mamma who will support, gracias. // "Just working for Denny's night"
Aubrie Ibasco* (Patty)
GRADE: 12th // Aubrie Kaylannie Ibasco has been in 5 shows and co-directed "Selfie." She's the vice president of thespians, an actress, techie and former director. Those that will forever be in my heart: J, SA, E, SE,N and everyone in AL. // "Theatre has made me better, kinder, and happier"
Nathaniel Agurs (Eugene)
GRADE: 12th // Nathaniel Agurs is a senior at Monte Vista High School. He has been in the "One Acts" and has been Prop Assistant for "Kissed the Girls and Made Them Cry." He'll be playing "Eugene Florczyk" in this upcoming production of "Grease!" // "Theatre has helped me with my interpersonal skills and brought me to new realizations about life and people"
Joey Provost* (Vince Fontaine)
GRADE: 12th // Joey has been involved in 5 productions at Monarch Theatre. He is a 6 star Thespian. He directed "All I Really Needed to Know I Learned From Being A Zombie." He is Vince Fontaine in "Grease!" Joey has done props for all shows, he loves props, prop design and building sets.// "Joey loves Ma' n' Pa'. Thanks for everything. Joey thanks Ms.B a lot."

GRADE: 12th // Israel is a senior. He has been in Monarch Theatre for 4 years. He has been in 8 shows, including "Grease!" // "The characters I have played in the past shows have taught me things that were emotionally and physically hard"
Ashley Mali* (Featured Dancer)
GRADE: 11th // "Grease!" will be Ashley's 5th show at Monte Vista, her most recent role being "Percy" in "Kissed the Girls and Made Them Cry." She is excited to be a part of such an iconic production like "Grease!". Ashley wants to thank her family, friends, and mentors who have helped and encouraged her throughout the years. // "This program has introduced me to many aspects of performing that I hadn't learned in previous years."
Diana Calleros* (Teen Ensemble)
GRADE:10th // Diana is in the 10th grade and she's 16 years old. Grease will be her third show. She would like to thank her parents and friends for always supporting her. // "Theatre has taught me how to handle stress and communicate with others."
Thomas Wilcox (Teen Ensemble)
GRADE: 9th // Thomas has played "Scotty" in "All I Really Need To Know I Learned From Being A Zombie" and has played "Zack" in "Selfie." In total he has done 6 shows: one at YAT, two at Murdock, and the 2 here at Monte Vista. He is now apart of the Ensemble in "Grease!". He would like to thank his family.
